I have been with Ready Refresh for yearsI had no issues till last monthMy delivery dates were rescheduled multiple timesI had to escalate it to finally get my deliveryThis month my delivery was scheduled for 05-24-18, got an email that it was rescheduled for 05-26-Placed my empty bottles on my porch and left for workReceived an email at 11:am that morning stating my delivery was rescheduled yet again for 05-29-It's now 05-31-and I have not received my deliveryI have well water so these deliveries are very important to meI finally had it and called Customer Service to cancel my accountThe representative was so nonchalant and went ahead and cancelled my accountFor someone who has been a loyal customer for years, you would think they would try and accommodate the customer anyway possibleI will have to buy water from the store till I find a new water delivery service

This amount has been refunded to his credit card.We assured *** ***s that we strive for total accuracy in regards to his deliveries and billing and would never intentionally invoice him for any product that he did not receive. I was unsatisfied with the offer I have a permanent scar on my leg The company sent me a refurbished water cooler and I got hurt if it happen to me it can happen to some one else I was not explained why it happen I ask for the report

This company Nestle Waters now runs a MONOPOLY on the water market I would give this zero stars if I could Living in **, Ready Refresh took over Poland Spring and others in the NortheastNever in years did I have a problem with Poland Spring In the past months, Ready Refresh NEVER delivers on time Makes their own schedule without notifying customer of delays, AND THERE ARE CONSTANT DELAYS Telephoning the many 1-numbers put you into ONE call center, and at that, your wait time is at least minutes each time Sometimes they cannot even take your call and you need to call back Certainly says something right there!!! This A- Rating from Revdex.com is absurd It should be a F Deliveries are never on time, there is no client notification of changes and customer services is the worst Looking to switch to some other company for my business but there are little offerings And I am in a metropolitan area with a company office in *** right near my business I am sure when reading this review I will receive the "patent" party line "We are so very sorry you are having difficulty......" "Please be assured we are doing everything....." I've heard it now for over months

The billing confusion appears to stem from *** *** original complaint, which we received in January 2017. At that time, we credited his ReadyRefresh account for a disputed delivery in the amount of $36.89, and this credit was applied to his credit card ending in 4477, as per his request. The positive charge for $that *** *** sees on his invoice was needed to offset the initial credit when it was put back on his credit card. If the credit was to remain on his ReadyRefresh account, the positive adjustment would not be needed.If there is any other confusion or any further concerns, we hope to have the opportunity to speak with *** *** directly in order to ensure his satisfaction.Thank you,Kate O'BerryReadyRefresh by Nestle

Ever since Nestlé took over Poland Spring the delivery service has become more erratic by 1-days late delivery to a residenceMore recently this lateness has become more common in southeastern ConnecticutWe are often lugging a 5gal water bottle from the grocery storeWe are at a point of checking out a new delivery service

I cancelled and my bank had to cancel debit card due to they continue delivering and taking payment.after this they continue delivering when I was out of state on family emergency my apt building gave me warning for boxes and bottles left in front of my apt door had to return to resolve this matter I returned equipment and emptiesPlease paid my bill I have my money order receipt and I'm still being billed ($53)and risingAnd the owe me ,boxes of 12oz bottled water they offered me 2boxes for everyone I recommended I recommended neighbors

I have sent at least messages regarding invoicing for two issues: Ready refresh has changed my rental charge from $to $per month with no noticeThe cooler I am renting is still listed as $per month on the web siteThe cooler I am renting is $to purchaseThey are telling me now that it is $There is no explanation for the price increase and I was advised by a representative that they would do a price adjustment, as the cooler is also listed on the web site for a purchase price of $The company has ignored all my requests to let me know when the price adjustment will occur
Lastly, they also changed the delivery charge without noticeI went to pay my bill today and it is now $It has always been $
I am now paying almost $every time I have a delivery-when I started out, I was paying between $and $40-in June 2017, I paid $I'm just not sure why my bill is increasing over time when the products I have delivered have not

this is my second problem with this company first the change the prices with out notice then they dont come thru to deliver so they try fixing it by giving me some free water then they charge me for them try talking to costumer service to find out why are they doing this then when I ask to speak to a supervisor they just hung up on me

I am not sure what has happened to *** now that Nestle seems to have a monopoly on water delivery I have now been trapped in my house for two full days waiting for a delivery that continually seems to be delayed Oftentimes when I call, the customer service line reports that due to high call volume, no calls can be taken! This is NO way to run a business Cable companies, notorious for this kind of service, have not been as problematic for me

for the past months I am expected to receive delivery twice a month and every time I am about to receive water delivery it is delayed or not delivered on timei have been in touch with the company and they are not able to resolve the issue on the other hand I am still being chargedthe deliveries are always delayed not on time or are reschedulednow I have to go out of my way and buy water where I should be getting water delivered

Impossible to cancel service

I have water delivered by ReadyRefresh for months or so and I rented a cooler from them $a monthWhen we are relocating I asked to stop the service and take the cooler backThey scheduled a pickup time and the driver didn't show upI called in and rescheduled and again the driver didn't show up and asked me to leave the cooler at the door
It's been months since that happened and I am being charged that $every monthI have called few times, every time one of their repwill say that he/she need to talk to their manager and get back to meThey never returned my calledI emailed and never got a replyFinally when I called after months (probably after a millionth time) one of their rep says I can't leave the cooler at the door and it is my responsibilityI asked the pay off quote and she gave me a $estimate (which is more than the original cost of the cooler)I asked her about the money I have paid till now, shouldn't that be taken out from the cost of t
