Hello, This should be resolved now The credit reporting agencies will not show that we declined the consumers for any reason It will only show a mere inquiry with no disposition We will of course do anything in our power to assist Please let us know if there is anything else needed to be done

I am not usually one to write reviews,but I felt it appropriate in this case.The following individuals [redacted] and [redacted] were absolutely incredibleThey expedited the process of putting together all the information and paperwork, involved with the refinancing of my home, from the beginning all the way to the closing tableI have refinanced other homes in the past, and the speed and professionalism they demonstrated in this process was not present in any of the others The communication of this company was right on.They responded as if I were their only client when it was obviously Iwas not.I had some other lenders flat out refuse or say that they must be hiding something as what they're offering is impossibleWell it's a done deal and it only took days from start to closing table

I had work with [redacted] and teamThey are excellent team and they completed my refinance process within business days timeI would suggest any one to try first this team and company for refinancingBe aware you may not get proper email reply back, but catch them over phone for better responseBut it doesn't matter to me, the job has done

Both [redacted] and [redacted] of Network Capital Funding Corporation were a pleasure to deal withThey were very nice and patient considering we had to collect A LOT of information for my HELOCEven when communication started to get a little muddled in the end and I was no longer dealing with [redacted] directly, I called him to see if he could get involved again to help fix the problem [redacted] got his manager involved and the problem was immediately resolvedI have been in customer service for many, many years and appreciate the additional effort that [redacted] and then later Shelby put up to help me close my loanThank you!
