We would like to make it very clear that we do not receive any monies paid for appraisal servicesIt is, by law, a third-party transaction in which the entire amount paid goes directly to an appraisal management company not affiliated with Network CapitalWhen an appraisal of a property is conducted, the money paid is for services rendered directly to the property owner, and the property owner receives the benefit of an appraisal report which he or she is free to use when applying for a loan with any mortgage company. Network Capital did not act in an illegal or unethical manner in regards to this matter
