Network Capital handled my refinance far beyond my expectations. They always kept me informed. I never had to call and ask what was happening. [redacted] continued to follow up on some appraisal issues even after the loan had gone through. I am very thankful to both her and Ryan and would recommend Network Capital to anyone wanting to refinance or obtain a mortgage loan. Network Capital also gave me the best rate.

I owe [redacted]. a HUGE thank you for all his help while trying to get approved. I knew I wouldn't get approved because of a bankruptcy, but instead of him turning me away he worked with me on developing a game plan to better my situation to hopefully get approved later down the line. I will always use [redacted] for all of my loan needs! He truly is awesome and knows what he is talking about!

Network Capital will ruin your credit report.
They checked my credit report 2 times causing -4 points each time and when asked to send me a copy of my credit report I had gotten nothing, Now why would they have to check it out 2 times in a 2 week span ? This is my credit report and they refuse to send me a copy. I was told it will not hurt my credit but I now have to wait 2 years for this to be removed from my credit report.

Far exceeded my expectations. I am extremely happy with service. My Loan Officer truly made all of the difference. Thank you for a great Experience.

I was initially uncertain of doing a refinance with Network Capital Funding...but I have to say that [redacted] and [redacted] were AWESOME to work with! I didn't have any extra money to pay out for closing costs and they were able to not only lower my interest rate and lower the PMI I am paying, but also managed to keep my out of pocket costs equivalent to my next months mortgage payment. They were fast, incredibly patient with all of my questions, and delivered exceptional customer service. I could not be happier!

He went above and beyond by explaining to me which refinancing program would fit my specific situation. Even when my application moved to the next step and into the underwriter's hands, Dominick assured that I understood what was needed of me in a timely manner to expedite the entire process. Working with the people at network capital was fast easy and nice. Josh and swaleha were great. Underwriter was a pain but he finally got EVERYTHING he wanted and we finally closed 😀

have been contacted by the company, with an offer to try to resolve this matter.   However, after I received the notification of your second attempt to contact the company, I began pursuing other options.By the time the company reached out to me, I had already begun transactions with another company.  I have decided to continue my business with this other company.  I will need no further assistance with this matter regarding Network Capital Funding Corporation; and this case may be closed.

[redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] were absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire refinance process. From the initial step in the refinance process and through every subsequent step, there wasn't a question, or telephone call that remained unanswered.  Am very appreciative of the fact that these three individuals took the time to assist me.
