We contacted this customer and explained to her everything she wanted to knowWe played the recorded call of us speaking with her father back to her so she could verify we spoke with himWe also provided her the information to the credit bureau that releases the information that we have for him No refund will be provided, as we feel that after speaking with this customer, we have come to an agreement that our business did not conduct themselves in an unprofessional mannerWe will also be using this case as an example for future training to avoid issues like this in the future

Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to refinance [redacted] was very patient and thorough in reviewing the details of our mortgage and in walking us thru the disclosuresAdditionally Network Capital lived up to its wordWe were able to have the entire process completed in weeks

I wanted to share my experience with Lina Thach and Network Capital I was very impressed by her positive attitude, knowledge, and willingness to work with us to get the best refinance possible that fit our needs I had been shopping for a home refinance for a few weeks and was about to commit to another lender when Lina first called Although I was skeptical at first, she was able to offer me a product that not only was on par with the rates I had received from other lenders, but included lender credits that far exceeded any lender I had seen They worked to waive the appraisal and fees and as a result, I was able to refinance at the same rate other mortgage companies were offering, fund the escrow account with the lender credits and even receive cash back when all was said and done Lina was very friendly and diligent throughout the whole process, which only took about to weeks While I typically don't like to make recommendations about products like these, I would definitely suggest you give them a call before making a final decision

Network Capital will ruin your credit report They checked my credit report times causing -points each time and when asked to send me a copy of my credit report I had gotten nothing, Now why would they have to check it out times in a week span ? This is my credit report and they refuse to send me a copyI was told it will not hurt my credit but I now have to wait years for this to be removed from my credit report

This is a corporation worth calling if you need them I am a person that never answers calls from a number I'm not familiar with But I'm glad I answered the call from Network Capital They are very professional at their job yet nice enough to have you smiling by the end of the conversationWe appreciated their less-than-two-week process! I was initially uncertain of doing a refinance with Network Capital Funding...but I have to say that [redacted] and [redacted] were AWESOME to work with! I didn't have any extra money to pay out for closing costs and they were able to not only lower my interest rate and lower the PMI I am paying, but also managed to keep my out of pocket costs equivalent to my next months mortgage payment They were fast, incredibly patient with all of my questions, and delivered exceptional customer service I could not be happier!
