His team was equally as professional and got the job done with flying colors Whenever there was an issue (like there often is with any financing) they handled it with precision and professionalism
*** was an invariable asset to the team Once *** *** set up the deal she carried it through flawlessly to the end I know there were others on the team involved but my communication was mainly with Mr*** and *** which made things easier anyhow and were a joy to work with
I am somewhat of a seasoned property owner but they really went above and beyond to get me the best deal out there and make the process seamless By the way I forgot to mention they were doing two of my properties simultaneously but even that was handled incredibly well, making sure that neither loan was pushed through until I could sign both at the same time as to not inconvenience my work schedule as per my request

Excellent customer service Everyone was very responsive and the whole process was very smooth and fast

Originally I had received a call from *** ** with information on reducing my mortgage rate I've never received a call helping me to reduce interest rates on a mortgage so I was questionable After questions and research I was impressed and equally impressed on the ease of supplying documents The process took very little time which has not been my experience with local banks An appraiser was scheduled promptly and the appraisal submitted equally promptly Not having to pay for an attorney to perform the closing helped reduce the closing costs I would like to thank *** ** for his initial contact, work and availability along with his loan officer I am very pleased with the interest rate and fortunate to have been contacted by Network Capital Funding
