After some sales put hard pressure sales tactics to refinance my house, I agreed, send in all the required documentsHe told me that I was good to go with a closing date of 1/15/After I paid for appraisal which was worth more than double of my loan, the sales person disappeared, wouldn't return my calls nor emailsIt took me several days leaving messages and for somebody to finally pick up the phoneIt is unethical practice to approve a loan have a person pay for the appraisal to then disappearI gave them all the documents they requested and did not provide them with inaccurate information

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This response from network capital is nothing more that a cut and paste of a letter I received dated may 27, from ***once again I wil I will state this is not a complaint based on failure to get $40,cash back, but a failure of network capital to provide a copy of my appraisal without me having to beg and wait 1/months for a copy. network capital continues to lie and states "their system says *** sent me a copy 2015". I asked *** ***, l chief compliance officer and director-network capital provide me a copy of reportthis is abriviated statement I sent miss *** quote "Please be advised that the completed appraisal report will be delivered to your lenderYou may obtain a copy from your lender*** is not allowed to release the appraisal to the borrower, client, agent, etcregardless of the paymentThank you*** Service Team". she basically called me a liar and said she could not verify anything found on the internet. I contacted the state of california departmet of appraisal and thy verified this staementi paid for and should have receive in kind a copy of my appraisal report without having to beg and wait 1/months. I believe network capital has no proof they ever sent me areport. I have e-mails to prove my request. they blame ***, call me a liar. I will say again - it is notabout not getting $40K back !!!!

I was a little uneasy about the whole refinancing process, but *** *** of Network Capitol funding was very helpful throughout the entire processHe was very thoughtful and helped me figure out what it was I really wanted out of the refinance process I felt he was very upfront and honest and not trying to push me into a situation I wasn't comfortable with He walked me through the stacks of paperwork and answered any questions or concerns I had Everyone else at Network Capital was also helpful, but *** is the person I worked the most with I would recommend *** and Network Capitol Funding to anyone looking to refinance their home
