Today I was contacted by Finance Manager, *** ***, he had taken the time to review my file prior to calling me, he listened to my concerns and is now working with me to get this refinance underway in a manner that is satisfactory to everyoneHe is very pleasant, he listens and is able to clarify my questions regarding the loan/fees He said he will try to match or beat the loan estimate given by my current loan companyHe will call me back tomorrow and he seems to be someone who follows thru on his word
At this time, Network Capital is working with me in a positive manner to get this loan to closing

There was an ad on the radio in Sacramento, CA over the weekend regarding a year fixed rate mortgage for 2.4% I called the number gave them preliminary information and they said no problem I already have a fix 3.05% year fixed I owe $67,on the house (current appraised value of $480,000) Not only did they now quote me an APR of 3.469%, but told me to consolidate and pay off credit cards which are already paid off in full each month I owe my house, car and student loans plus monthly solar, and gas, phone and electric and that is all They are a rip off When you quote over the public airwaves everyone can get this rate then you try and raise a mortgage rate, you are not dealing with a full deck They also were asking for a lot of information up front that they shouldn't until one agrees to go forward

Network capital was a complete waste of my timeThey said they could get me a pre approval for a mortgage; pulling my credit report; then decided weeks later to dencline my applicationso now my house hunting is on hold for a lot longerso I have to live with my in-laws with my kids in a cramped house that's way too small for adults and kids and is in need of serious updating that they refuse to do
