I was skeptical after reading the reviews on working with an out of state lender, but then again, you can find exactly what you want on the internet, good or bad Our second home equity loan Company started to play games with our second and our mortgage interest rate has been at 5.625% We figured we could get a better rate now but would it make sense to refinance after having our mortgage for years?
