this company did the same to me as the other hundreds of complaints. charging for items I didn't order,thinking I was getting a free sample. I should have known better nothing is free. trying to figure out how to stop them from sendind me more & charging me. senior citizen on fixed income.

Product was ordered 12/5/19 and canceled on 12/9/19. They charged me $89.84 4 times for total of $359.36 despite several phone calls.

minus the $70 refund they "should" be sending me (not yet posted) they still owe me $289.36.

Desired Outcome

I have four unauthorized charges to my MasterCard of $89.84 each for a total of $359.36. I feel they owe me that entire amount which is only the $$ they took from me and doesn't include all the time and frustration they've caused me.

While I have decided to accept the response from New Leaf Naturals, I want it on record that their statement is in error. I quote:

The fact is I DID cancel within the allotted time. I had attached an email from New Leaf to my complaint acknowledging the cancellation on 12/09/2019, only 4 days after the original order. On the email was a Purchase ID of 3809E8653E, an Order Number of E7628E5EEE and the Cancellation Date of 12/09/2019.

I placed an order in February 2020 that was advertised as a FREE Trial. April 4 2020 I received yet another box for the product that I did not order.
I placed an order in February 2020 (exact date can't be found). It was shipped to me February 11 2020. I have moderate to severe migraines and I had read this product could help...it has not, so I wasn't going to place an order. On April 4 2020 I received a package from New Leaf Naturals which is still unopened. I immediatedly sent them an email informing them I wanted a refund and what did I need to do. I called this evening after receiving an email from New Leaf Naturals stating that they could not assist me via email and that I must call them. I have contacted them this evening to return this for a full refund only to find out in the process they have charged me 4 times, unauthorized...to include the FREE advertised TRIAL! The TRIAL consisted of two packages and the most recent was only 1 package. For the FREE trial I have unknowling now been charged.$89.84 + $89.82. The most recent charge is for $89.82 + $89.84, but I have only received 1 package! That is $369.32 total for a FREE trial. I had no indication/knowledge that they were doing this. My doctor does not want me taking things he does not know about so I always run things by him first. Under the circumstances, due to this coronavirus all normal office appointments are cancelled for the time being and will be rescheduled. I stopped taking the TRIAL about 3-4 weeks into beginning it. I had trouble understanding the representative (a 3rd party from my understanding) but she said she could only refund me for the latest shipment of $40 each of the 2 ($80 total) products sent...I have only received one. I would not "OK" this for her and informed her I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. I have received no billing statement or packaging slip for the products so I was caught blindsided on this. I am sending a PDF package which shows the ONLY correspondence I have had from this company... the email that my TRIAL package was shipped and the email stating they could not give me assistance via email and that I need to call...that is it. There is nothing that I have seen or have received that indicates I would be charged for the TRIAL or that I had a timeframe to correspond with them that I did not want a subscription to their products. I absolutely cannot afford these charges to my account when I am quarantined and cannot work as I was planning to do. I'm retired on a fixed income and need to work. I need assistance to resolve this. I know I will never order again without first checking with the Revdex.com...that is where I found this company had an F rating. Thank you.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a FULL refund of what has been taken unauthorized out of my bank account. That is all I'm asking. I want to return the remaining product of the so-called TRIAL and the 1 unopened package I have recently received. I have no idea where the other product is because it has not been received.

I wish to obtain from the company all paperwork they have on my order. I would like them to show where in the FREE TRIAL advertisement where it states New Leaf Naturals must be contacted within 14 days + 3 days shipping. Show me any paperwork that I should have received giving me this information/notifications. Also show me where I agreed to these terms. I did not see anywhere on the advertisement what has me stating I agree. That's because I did not see any of these things.
I understand that you have graciously decided to refund two charges but what about the one package I have yet to receive? I was charged for that and have not received it for March. I received a smaller package that probably contains the CBD oil but I do not know for sure because I have left it unopened since I intended to return it.
I still insist on a full refund for not being forthcoming at anytime in this transaction. When I read all of the 90+ complaints for this vendor, I see that many agree. I saw where one even complained to the State Attorney General and received a FULL refund. The only paperwork I have received from this vendor is when they sent an email letting me know that shipment of the FREE TRIAL was on its way. There was no information in that email and when I received the two packages, there was NO paperwork. This is not right for a reputable company.
In light of all of this, I want to see where I agreed to their terms and any other pertinent paperwork.
Right now, as I'm sitting at the computer I'mm searching for their ad on Facebook that led me to order their product. I DO NOT WANT THEM TO KNOW THIS BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT THEM TO REMOVE IT BEFORE I LOCATE IT. PLEASE DO NOT RELAY THIS TO THE VENDOR AT THIS TIME. Once I locate it, I will forward to you.

Being charged for New Leaf Naturals products that I did not approve.
I did not know that I was going to be charged $179.66 each month when this was supposed to be a a free trial. When I received the free trial the beginning of February 2020 both came together in a small box, CBD capsules and CBD oil drops no other information included, my account was charged 2 shipping charges on 2/4/2020 $6.82 & $6.84, took 1 pill and made me sick have not used it again.. On 4/1/2020 I received the same box and thought they might have sent the free trial twice, I have opened this box. I checked my credit card statement it showed 2 charges on 3/25/2020 $89.82 & $89.84 from Definitenutrarene XLR & Definitenultraserumpluss. I called the credit card and was told that I should contact New Leaf Naturals, they also told me there was two other charges on 2/21/2020 for $89.82 & $89.84 which I did not know about. I am a retired 69 year old woman with an autoimmune disease and on a very limited income.I am requesting a total amount of $359.32 to be credited back to my account. Neither one of the packages I received had any documents in them and the only information they listed in the ad was a free trial sample and you only paid for shipping. In addition I don't know how they can charge you shipping twice when you only received 1 small box. It is so wrong that this company is allowed to advertise this way. I have not been able to get in touch with someone.

Desired Outcome

Refund in the amount of $359.32, discontinue sending products, stop charging my credit card and I am willing to send both packages back to New Leaf Naturals. I have not been able to get in touch with someone.

Double charged for re-occurring bill which I cancelled too late. Never received product for this charge.
Signed up online for the "free trial". Received the free trial products. I failed to cancel the re-occurring service in a timely manner and was charged on February 16, 2020 for additional product. I never received this product for which I was charged. I cancelled the re-occurring charge following this. I disputed the charge with my credit card company as I did not receive any product. New Leaf did not acknowledge that I did not receive my shipment of the product with my credit card company. I lost the dispute and then was double charged for some reason. New Leaf said they will not work with me to rectify this matter since I filed a dispute. One charge needs to be reimbursed and I should receive the product I paid for under the re-occurring charge.

I would like to be refunded for the "double charge" of $89.84 and I would like to receive the product for which I paid $89.82 under the re-occurring charge.

Business used false or misleading advertising in order to charge customers for ongoing subscription.
Business advertised free trial of product for shipping fee of $6.84 only. I paid the shipping fee on 2/18/2020. Once I received it I realized it was substandard and assumed our business was completed as I would not order anything. However, on 3/3, I received another box with two items and found that my credit card was charged for two payments of $89.84. I tried to call the business but the number had been disconnected. I continued to research and find another number to no avail. Then yesterday I received yet another box and my credit card was charged $89.82 and $89.84
At that time I realized I needed to do something or this would never stop

Cancel whatever subscription they think they have and refund all but what our agreement consisted of ($6.84). Refund of $269.50.

While the business has agreed to refund the charges for 4/1/2020, he makes no mention of the $179.68 (89.84 + 89.84) that was charged on 3/3/3020. As I said in my previous statement, I have paid $269.50 that I never agreed to.

Charged my credit card 179.66 after I purchased the samples.
I ordered a sample of this company's CBD oil and pills due to the fact that the advertising was connected to "a joint effort by Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz". This did not prove to be true at all. I felt it was legitimate and so ordered both on December 12, 2019. I received an email with my order number - XXXXXXXD08. On Dec. 12th I was charged $6.84 by Organic Healthy Oil with a phone number of 888-788-1894 to my credit card and $6.82 to Organic Healthy Renewal and the same number. Seventeen days later I was charged by the same name and number for $89.84 and $89.82 to the above mentioned. I immediately canceled my credit card so they acould not use it again.My first attempt to rectify this bill was to call the number provided. I called and only heard recorded music for 30 minutes. This immediately made me feel like this was a scam. I tried again and spoke to a woman named "Sandra" who said I signed an agreement to be charged the additional amounts by not cancelling.within 30 days. I never saw anything about the additional charges when I ordered, nor was there anything about it in the confirmation for the samples. I am sure it was in teeny tiny print so they could get away with it. She told me they had canceled my order and had tried to charge me a SECOND TIME nd were unable to do so - "Yes! I told her - because I canceled that credit card so you couldn't take advantage of me again.

We may be able to refund once the dispute has been confirmed witdrawn by your bank. It can still take 60-75 days for the dispute to be closed and the funds returned.

Only when this happens can we process a refund. Since the dispute itself has already refunded you, we suggest you to await your bank's advise instead of going through the lengthy process of withdrawal and dispute finalization.

In the above correspondence, they said they would not refund my money because my bank had already done so. This happened last month and this month the two charges have been out back on my statement

It took four or five months to talk to a human being and cancel this unexpectedly monthly product arrival.
When I finally was able to contact them, they would accept only the current shipment for a refund ( I had four months worth of products I wanted to return). Wonder if I will receive refund at all after paying the restocking fee and postage...
I suspect the oil is cheap olive oil, and can't imagine what's in the capsules...certainly not any analgesic.

The ad had fine print about continued shipments & billing. Product is unsatisfactory & want shipments stopped immediately. Very misleading!
Shipments contain no paper work or invoice. Don't know account number. Have been billed $89.84 & $89.82 in February & again in March. This product is strictly a scam & I want to stop shipments & bills.

New Leaf Naturals promised free bottle of CBD oil for cost of shipping. Now, numerous charges of $82. on my debit card. There is also a NuLeaf CBD.
The usual scam. New Leaf Naturals promised a free bottle, just pay for shipping, no mention of additional charges unless I cancel. Now, 3 charges on my debit card of approx $82.00. I called phone number on my bank statement. Could barely understand person, but typical scam-as-usual, they would only refund approx 40% of the amounts billed, so at present I am out approx $200.00. There is also a NuLeaf Naturals, which appears to be reputable. This New Leaf product is a spin-off and a scam. On 2/10/2020 I ordered these (2) free bottles and paid $6.82 + $6.42 for shipping via my debit card. Their phone # (on my bank statement) is 888 485 8049.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of all amounts charged to my debit card (except for the initial shipping charge of approx $6.84 + $6.82).

I believe this company tricks people to try free sample and then bills them when they don't cancel but no where on the website was there a notice.
I applied for a free sample of liquid and capsules of CBC only paying shipping charges . I ordered on the 6 th feb received the package on the 8 th .upon checking my bank account I was shocked to find two charges for $89.82 and $89.84 on the 25 th. As soon as seeing them I called the company to ask why I was told because I didn't cancel I would have to pay for it . I said there was no notification on this policy had I seem it I would have contacted them within a week . I then reached out to the credit union to stop the payment they said they were unable to do any thing . I submitted the emails from ideal health saying they were sending me a refund as promised the only problem the emails had no refund amount on them and I've not heard anything from them . Had I read the reviews on your website I would never have dealt with these people I actually thought I was dealing with Nulife naturals as I saw favorable reviews about this company , Newlife naturals has done this to many people . I just wish they would be put out of business . I would be very grateful for any help you can give me thank you ***.

They only difference is the email I gave them was ***@hotmail.com . I received and email on 2/24/2020 saying my money would be refunded. I never received anything so I talked to navy federal credit union they say they were unable to help . So I'm not sure they're reason for saying they could find me .

They just seem to be coming up with excuses first they can't find me second excuse the bank has contacted them and they have refused to refund the money . They keep saying there policy states but no where on the form was it visible .

I did know I was signing up for more of this! is no to little info to call or complain or return address to this,2nd first, first was just plain oil!
First ship,net was a dude , just plain oil with zero taste , did not complain due to no information on how to complain, now they have sent a second, I am 79 with poor eye sight and had no idea I was signing up for a replete supply, I cannot afford this and would have complained about the dudes they sent the first time! I too got taken by this and for sure it is a scam. First I thought I was getting gel capsules but when I received it I was surprised I also got liquid? Today I got my credit card in the mail and for the life of me did not know what the two 89.00 charges were for. I called the 1-888 number on my cc statement and spoke with a customer service representative. So this was an expensive lesson. I do not care for product and have not even opened the gel caps. Which he said I could return but there is a 19.00 restocking fee. WTF. Wish I would have read up on this company before placing order. I wonder if I can dispute this charge? Think I will try.

I ordered a trial sample of CBD oil from this fraudulent firm, and they treated this as a subscription. I realized this when I received the next item.

Within this package, you will find an unopened shipment of your CBD oil as well as the original bottle that was sent to me. I did not request a subscription from your firm of CBD oil. On 6 February and 6 March 2020, your firm charged my account the amount of $89.84 on both occasions. These actions were not approved by me, and I would like a refund of the total amount made out in the form of a check and mailed to my home address of X. If I do not receive this repayment within one week, I will be filing a complaint with Visa about your fraudulent activities. I will also be providing this documentation to the Tampa Revdex.com and the Federal Trade Commission. As I have stated, I am expecting prompt action on your part.

I was charged $179.68 for two bottles of their CBD oil. I only requested a sample for the price of the shipping and handling cost. I returned both the original bottle and the unopened box containing the second bottle to the company. I only received a refund of $89.84. I am requesting the additional refund amount $89.84.

I have now received the full amount of the refund from New Leaf Naturals, but their operation is still fundamentally fraudulent in that the firm turns an offer of a free trial of a bottle of CBD oil into a subscription by means of microprinting the terms of the agreement so that they are so small that they are illegible.

This company made an unauthorized withdrawal for $89.84 for a product that I had no knowledge in receiving, assuming it was the $6.84 product. I absolutely did not knowingly purchase any product for $89.84. My financial institution investigated and now the company is disputing it saying I never contacted them or returned the $89.84. product within 30 days. But I did not know that I had received an $89.84 product, assuming this was the $6.84 product that I have yet to receive. I have the box and product containing the unused product.

We may be able to refund once the dispute has been confirmed witdrawn by your bank. It can still take 60-75 days for the dispute to be closed and the funds returned.

Only when this happens can we process a refund. Since the dispute itself has already refunded you, we suggest you to await your bank's advise instead of going through the lengthy process of withdrawal and dispute finalization.

Their ad said nothing about recurring supply or additional charges. They sent more and deducted my account. Product doesn't work.
Can't remember exact dates but think it was around and of January or first of February saw their ad to stop smoking with their products free trial offer. No where did it mention additional amounts. The product didn't work, infact it nearly put me in the hospital. Kidneys shut down for 3 or 4 days. This month I received another dosage from them. I don't want anymore of their products and they don't have anywhere on their website to stop the order. I haven't received my bank statement yet to see if they deducted this last supply, but I want them to stop before they wipe out my account.

Thank you for your response. I have been refunded for the last time they billed me and canceled any further orders. Again thanks for your help.

It's a scam. And it does not help with anything. They offer a trial
bottles and say nothing about buying worthless products for $89 and $49 after about two weeks. They should be ashame
of themselves but I know there is no shame in creed. Thankfully
I read some reveiws from this site. And frooze my account and
and ordered a new card. My credit card company said they
tried to collect money but they did not get it. I am a 73 year old

Because they refunded what I was charged

Ad was for free trial. Order was placed and subsequently they monthly have been charging my credit card,
Ordered free 30 day trial samples in November 2019 of CBD Premiium oil drops and CBD Premium capsules with Visa CC used to pay for shipping. They have continued to send product and charge my CC monthly without my permission. I have been unable to contact them to stop the charging of my CC $179.66 per month

Discontinue sending product and stop charging my credit card monthly which was not authorized.
