I signed up for a free item, only pay shipping. I never received any correspondence, email, or anything, no contract, no "I agree". Come to find out they signed me up for multiple monthly deliveries at $180 a month, and then produced a fraudulent screen print where I accepted the monthly subscription. When I called them, I learned that they were a front in the phillipines and were not the actual company I have the dispute with. So I asked them for the owners information and was given Newleaf Naturals and 877 dash 242-8554 which is just another number to the same front outfit, so they lied. Called again, and asked for the URL where that screen print came from, and I was told that the page had been modified. And they refused to put me through to management or to divulge who the real owner is. This is a real sophisticated credit card scam, and are able to fraudulently provide enough information, with some lies, so the bank charged me back for the fraud.
This is a complete SCAM. I did not even order this product (CBD oil) online. I had checked the website but then clicked off and the company phoned me! When I spoke to the man on the phone he must have noticed that I had been interested in a free trial with shipping costs only. I stated to him that I was only interested in the trial and would gladly pay ONLY shipping. He said that we were being recorded. I must have asked at least 3 times, if I would only be charged shipping and nothing more, because I just wanted to try it first. He stated a few times that the only charge I would receive was $6.84....and nothing more, so I gave him my cc number. When I say 2 charges on my cc for $89 and change, I call the company. They told me that they would give me a partial refund because 30 days had passed. He said that it was in the terms and conditions....that I NEVER accepted and were NEVER mentioned over our phone conversation, Show me proof where I accepted terms and conditions or check the so called recording. They can't. I am contacting the Attorney General's Office to file a complaint, and I suggest everyone else do the same, It's no wonder this company gets ratings. Shame on them. I love the way I have to give at least one star.....no stars is more apt
I received an email ad on Feb. 17, 2020 for this company's CBD OIL with pictures of the developer of the product & all the SHARK TANK investors, about superior it was to other CBD oils, all the health conditions it improves. It was offering a free sample of the CBD oil, only charging shipping for it. Another product came up on the page for CBD capsules also free, only shipping charges. I was not interested in second product, but the offer would not close, only allowing me to proceed with the oil by accepting the capsules. I read the complete email, there were no stipulations to buy more or any conditions with a time period of keeping the product. After I placed the order, I was afraid I had been scammed, I received a confirmation of the order, with only the charges for the shipping of $6.84(')on each. plus the next day a confirmation they shipped it with a tracking number, then receiving the products in a couple of days, with no correspondence/invoice in the box. On March 5, 2020, I received a FRAUD ALERT email which I did not openlater opening the email which was from my Sears Citi Mastercard, which was the card I used for the NEW LEAF NATURALS Free Offer. It stated I had a suspicious charge of $89 from VIVID LIFE RENEWAL, which they refused payment and locked my account. I called the credit card company, the customer service representative gave me the phone number for company submitting the charges, of both the shipping charges & $89, I assume for the products. The rep for Sears Mastercard told me to call them, ask for a refund to be issued on my card for products they claimed were to be free. I called NEW LEAF NATURALS telelphone number. the man I talked with did not answer the call with the company's name, I proceeded to tell him about the ad & the charges. He told me they would not refund the $89 because. the products were a 14 DAY FREE TRIAL otherwise, if not returned after then, I was charged the $89, I offered to return the products, he said not refund. I do accept New Leaf Naturals conditions of issuing a refund of $89.82 for the products I requested that was advertised in an email to me by their company, as FREE, only having to pay shipping for them. There were no conditions in this email stating if I kept them after any length of time, I would be charged $89 for them, if so I would not have agreed to that to receive them. Receiving a refund was my request for the disagreement about the products and offered to send the products back. Fraudulent charges on my account for free sample
I saw an advertisement for free trail of product CBD oil and was sent a bottle of oil and capsules in January and now in March I'm receiving another order .I haven't opened either shipment because I didn't order the extra capsules. I don't want to continuously be charged for a product that I didn't order.

In Feb.2020 I ordered a small order for about $15.. When I receive my First Bankcard Visa statement They billed me $89.82. Unknowingly I didn't discover this until today.I paid that statement on 2/26/2020, by personal check. When I received my next statement from First Bankcard on 3/12/2020 The billed me for $89.82. This needs to be cancelled. I've return it the last 2 month's. But I cannot seem to cancel it. I'm out 3 months @$89 a month. How do I cancel? There is no customer service or contact info.
A trail membership was offered to New Leaf by only paying shipping for items. What was not mentioned or was concealed was the fact in 14 days they would make you pay full price for the product. Our card was correctly charged originally but 17 days later was charged again for 89.82 and 89.84. The company was called and they did offer a partial refund of 45.00. We researched the company a little more and found that this has happened over and over again. The exact same thing and was offered the same refund as a matter of fact. SCAM

New Leaf was given a chance to make a refund before the bank was notified. We spoke to them and let them and informed them that we were in no way aware of the charges they place on our card or the fact they were going to do this. Looking further into to this we notice that many other people had the exact same issue and New Leaf would not in good faith return their money without the help of the federal trade commission involvement. Why would they refund at all unless they new they were involved in deceptive practices

Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. unwanted purchase charged to my account
I tried a 1 time purchase of this product by clicking the 1 time only button. the product didn't help me. On March 13th I recieved a second package from them and called to complain that I didnt order a second order. Because I opened the box to see what it was they will not take it back. I was informed by Pinky that my debit was charged over $180 for this product I did not order. I do not trust them and do not want them to have any access to my account. Thank you

The product is junk. Advertising is fraudulent. Unapproved charges of almost $200 showed up on my account and when I called requesting a refund they tried to offer me increasing percentages of a refund. 20 minutes on the phone demanding a 100% refund of the unauthorized charges, it took me telling them I was filing a complaint with Revdex.com and contacting my bank to reverse the charges...then they gave me the refund.

I purchased a trial offer regarding the product they supply. The price was $5.99. Never was I asked or informed that they would continue to send product or charge my account. This company is a total farce. AD says free 2 week sample but charge a large postage fee. At the end of 2 weeks they take out a monthly charge for items you did not order. I never received the order. Called and they would only give me a partial refund. These people need to be put out of business.

I saw there try our product for just shipping, then they don't make it clear what the price would be and they charge your credit card for the price in about 10 days for $89.84 a real rip off for what this product is. Then when you call to complain they say you should have read the fine details, which you can't find and offer a $40 refund which is still too much for this product and the fact you really don't know what it is. Free trial for postage only was false. March 2 was charged entire cost without notification.
Ordered this product for free and pay shipping only. This was ordered on line on Feb.14, 2020 and on March 2 was charged for the product. I was told I had a 14 day trial and did not respond. No where in the printing did it say that. When I called she insisted that it was stated right in the product. I went back and could not find anything. They say I must pay the shipping and they cut the cost from $90. to $50. I see that they are changing their name but it still comes form the same place. These people need to be STOPED. Would like to get my money back but I guess a lesson was learned.

Got product as a trial for 6.00 but was charged 89.00 4 times. The website that I ordered from didn't state monthly charges or terms and conditions.
I used a Bank of America credit card in the month of January and have been billed for 2 months. The co.said they will refund me $45.00 2 times and was suppose to cancel me but was charged again $89.00 2 times again. With a total of charged 4xs $89.00 and not the trial rate of $6.00 and change.

HEARTLESS SCAM!! They don't deserve a star, but I'm forced to leave a rating. 1 star is way too high. I fell for the FAKE celebrity endorsements, because they used people that I trusted. I had no idea that such deceit was allowed within the law. I was reluctant to spend the $6.95 because, quite honestly, I can't afford to waste $6.95. I see on my cc statement that I've been hit with two $89 charges that I didn't sign for, nor was it disclosed. I haven't received whatever they claim I ordered, but I'm returning it to sender. I don't know how to fight this! I wish something could be done to keep other innocent people, who are trying to alleviate pain, from being SCAMMED by these HEARTLESS VULTURES. What a shame.

It could possible be buried in the 25 or so pages people have to go through. I'm sure they do not have an abundance of any kind of customers except customers who are complaining about being SCAMMed. I'm going to my state agencies and representatives to try and help expose this SCAM. These people are crooks and must be stopped from robbing people!
