Really like the system for my roof and I was impressed.

Ryan (Service) came to my house to repair a basement window screen. He arrived on time (with a call before to tell me he's on his way), repaired the screen, figured out the source of the holes, and then offered to help me clean a kitchen window which is hard for me to handle by myself, doing much more than expected. We vacuumed the window casement and he sprayed it with furniture polish to lubricate it and helped clean it. I was very pleased with his efforts and his willingness to go above and beyond the purpose of the call.

Ryan was professional, had the parts he needed and did a great job!

Bill C. did a great and clean job installing 2 windows that had had problems with leaking argon gas. I realize this does happen (especially after 27 years), but I can't say I'm thrilled with the company 'policy' that, despite it's guarantee as long as we own the home, still has a charge of $ 200 (for labor, I guess). Not to take away from Bill's great job, but people should be aware of this, especially since the windows are, to me, quite expensive to begin with.

I want to commend artic D for a very helpful and courteous job today. Artic fixed and straighten my screens and replaced my capo my windows. He also help install my bay window .

Bill C was outstanding: pleasant, efficient and very helpful explaining how the NewPro windows worked so that we could fix them ourselves next time we have a similar problem.

I've never felt so compelled to post a review. Let's start with Gerome, who spent all afternoon with me answering my many questions, some more than once. Not only was he patiently informative, he left me feeling quite reassured and comfortable with the investment I was about to make.
Then, along comes Coly, who in two weeks time, with help a couple of days, did the work of five men. Not only that, he carried all the debris around a very large house every day and left my yard spotless. Can't wait to have the other side done and share again

Looks nice and sturdy. Mold and mildew are a problem for me plus leaking. Hopefully Newpro can help.

I first saw the ad on television. I was very taken by it and that is why I called. Since then I have seen the *** and I did not like it. I like that *** is American made and not fiberglass. Quality name and products. Excellent explanation from Claude.

I called Newpro to schedule service for my windows. They scheduled it promptly. The repairman, Jim C, arrived in the scheduled time interval. He efficiently repaired all the windows, and gave me some easy maintenance tips.
