We looked at 9 or 10 different companies products, and Newpro's quality far surpassed them all. They werent the cheapest but they definitely werent the most expensive. Overall I think we got some windows that will outlive us at a good value, the installers were quick and professional and we even called back for more.

We had our bathroom shower remodeled several years ago and absolutely loved it. We are now getting two new doors installed and look forward to the final result. Gerome R. has worked with us on both of our projects and is wonderful.

There are 2 issues. First, we have a contract for 2 services. On the day of the installation, the service worker said he would not be able to provide one of the services because of the layout. The Newpro representative said on multiple occasions since then that that amount of 500 or 600 would be removed from our loan. The second issue is we requested a tall soap dish for our shower. They brought the wrong size. Someone was to come with the new dish and install it and has not. We reached out to *** on multiple occasions. He as contacted us a month ago to ask if we have received word from the contractor or billing, neither of which has happened. It has been over 2 months and there is no resolution.

NEWPRO has communicated and resolved with customer with apologies for some miscommunication. A check for $500 is being sent to the customer for the part of the project that could not be done. The customer was left a message on 10/20 to resolve but did not connect with the homeowner at that time. The new soapdish install is scheduled for 1/3. Customer and NEWPRO agree to resolution.

Had Claude from Newpro stop by to quote bath/shower replacement. He was very knowledgeable about all phases of the quoting process and product details. We were offered a very reasonable price and consequently accepted the offer.

Artie’s work was very professional. Went over what he did when finished. Cleaned up before he left. Installation was on 12/16/17.

A scheduled visit for repair of storm window sent us Bill P. He was so accommodating, professional and pleasant. He not only fixed the one window, he checked and serviced ALL the windows . We were very pleased. Newpro should leave instructions with buyers for easy window lubricating as well as opening and closing the windows.

I bought NEWPRO replacement windows 22 years ago. They were pricey but I was convinced they were the best bargain in the long run. I knew multiple friends who got cheaper windows only to have them fail after 10 years or so throwing more money into the same project.. I recently had an issue with the windows in my rental apartment being tight because the tenant never used them. Bill C came and cleaned and lubricated each window. I was totally shocked there was no charge! During his work he noticed a few security "stops" were missing.. He went back to the shop scrounged around for parts.. (they have changed in 22 years). Bill called me and made a second appointment to completely refurbish the windows on his own. Who still gives good customer service? NEWPRO!

Our experience with Newpro was positive. The presentation was very comprehensive and complete. We knew exactly what we were getting. We are looking forward to showing off our new roof!

I request NewPro to install 9 windows in my house. using a promotion and special of the thanks given's offer that request 5 and get one free.
The sales rep. came and get all measurements then he starts giving me the cost. he made several calculation mistakes and keep getting nervous saying that it's wasting his time that I'm correcting his mistakes.
I called and they sent me ***, and he went over the invoices and he admits that the sales made many mistakes in the calculation, which I have a picture of it, then he finishes the deal with me, offering the way I would like to pay, so I choose finance 5 years so he took a deposit of $1,200.00 on November 18th. and promised me that the job will be done by December 28th. Since then I called him the following week and he said that there is an issue of approving me to finance it, and he will try another bank then I called him next day and he said everything looks fine.
So, today the 12th of December I called to check when they are coming to install the new windows but I get a surprise that still I didn't get approved.
If he told me earlier I could even pay cash for it. but unfortunately, the communication after the sales and taking the deposit was a challenge and if that the case why they didn't contact me and we can see another option of payment, why they waited all this time until I called them.
I could use another company and get my windows installed a while ago.
This is bad customer service, especially for the sales rep. he came in first then the second one, too.
Now they hold my deposit money and this is not fair for me at all to wait all this time without any communication from them.

I had an excellent experience, start to finish, with NEWPRO. In particular I want to compliment Eric B., who did a terrific job. Not only did he fix a few problems that were discovered in the course of the job, he consulted with me about my preferences for a few things along the way. The new tub area is stunning and has gotten tons of compliments. I can't thank him enough for the great job.

Signed up with Newpro to replace an old iron tub with a new step-in shower. They said would be 4-5 weeks until install. They actually came in a little over a week, which was a pleasant surprise. The installer, Mark, and the plumber, Charlie, came promptly at 8:30 a.m. They worked together without stopping until the plumber left around 1:00. I hope they brought their lunch and drinks because they didn't take any refreshments we offered them. Mark then continued to work by himself non-stop till almost 9 pm so we wouldn't be inconvenienced for more than one day. We love our new shower. Just need to replace one floor tile and one wall tile, which Newpro had warned us might be unavoidable. Our salesman, Ben, called the next day to make sure everything had gone well.

I want to thank you for having Bill P as an employee Not only did he fixed the problem the call was for but he also gave me a VERY helpful hint to help keep the windows operating smoothly. He was social but didn't keep me there talking. In and Out in 15 minutes.

We had NewPro out to replace some very old windows about two years ago... and they are coming out again to do a few more. We were very happy the first time with our consultant Chuck, the service we received and the quality of the product. We look forward to
working with them again for future projects on other windows, siding, even bathroom projects. We would recommend them again and again!
