Our experience with NewPro had to do with new replacement windows. From the beginning sales to final installation was without issue. Artie D was our installer, he showed up on the time we were given, very professional and his work was excellent. We would highly recommend NewPro.

A window was ordered on 3/28 with a promise install from May 1-May 15th. Recently, we have put our residence on the market and because this has not been installed we have to identify this is pending install. All people we have obtained offers from have stated this is not something they want and the current door is fine. I reached out to NewPro and advised them I will be cancelling the order because they still not installed the door and we placed our residence on the market and all offers do not want the new door. I was advised I need to be charged 1/3 of the cost of the door.

Upon speaking to a manager I have been advised it has been sitting in their warehouse for a few weeks waiting for their company to schedule a time to contact us and schedule an install. If the door was installed timely this would not have happened. NewPro has stalled and I've shelled out $1100 so far, which I should get back. Even if they only accept the original 10% down that would be $49 we would lose.

I am looking for a FULL refund of $1100 or refund minus 10%, which is of $1051.

Addition to the complaint...Please be aware after signing paper work to cancel the owner told me in order not to affect my credit and my credit standing that I need to pay the cancel amount.This is threatening against me because our credit is great and I refuse to be bossed around by an owner who company has sat on our door for weeks and did not install and still had not installed prior to the complaint and cancel which was 6-8 weeks.Thank you

Customer purchased a custom sliding glass door for primary residence on 3/28/2018 with an estimated install date of 5/7/2018 per the customer's contract that was acknowledged with initial - customer understands that these are estimated dates and will be contacted to schedule actual date. Last week we were notified that the customer has recently decided to sell her home and the new owners are not interested in the new door that the original homeowner purchased. This is an upgraded energy efficient custom sliding glass door for the home - purchased and provided by the seller which could only add value with superior energy efficiency performance. It is the customer's right to cancel their order outside the 3 day right of rescission which the customer signed and acknowledged. To do so the customer is responsible for 33% of the contract. NEWPRO did receive a $1000 initial deposit on 3/28 based on the order being financed through ***. The customer had previously signed up with *** and NEWPRO was previously paid $1999 at order. This has since been refunded by NEWPRO to *** and the *** account has been closed.

As we own the product and have incurred costs, the penalty to cancel per contract that was acknowledged is 33% - $1666.00 -NEWPRO was provided $1000 on 3/28 as deposit and this week on 5/23, they provided the remaining $666 by credit card payment. This amount combined satisfies the cancellation. It is still NEWPRO's goal to satisfy the customer and fulfill the original contract. If anything changes with Mrs., she is welcome to contact the owner direct, *** - at .

NEWPRO is sorry this situation has happened and only wants NEWPRO customers to be delighted with their experience. If we had not incurred costs and received the product ready to install, custom made for their home, we would gladly offer any refunds available.

[The sell was unexpected and if this was installed timely I would not have had to add that the install was pending. Its not the case of selling purposely, but the excuse of weather was unacceptable and the manager had said it was sitting there for a few weeks in the warehouse. This would of been around the May 1st install as promised. There was no information to identify "possible install date" we specifically DID THE LEG WORK by getting the association to get this approved and it should of been the companies responsibility. Again, the company should of called when they got the door the last week of April first week of May to advise of an install date, not just leave it in the warehouse (as Gregg said it was there) and not notify the customer.]

NEWPRO clearly identifies the "estimated" start date with the customer's initial required. NEWPRO does their best to meet the estimated start date but with custom products that is not always possible which is why we have the customer acknowledge the start date "estimation". NEWPRO always strives to exceed our customer's expectations and clearly explains the process at time of contract signing. NEWPRO has since received the customer's cancellation notice which has now removed her from obligation of the order. At that time she provided NEWPRO with a credit card for the balance $666 - completing / closing out the 33.3% cancellation fee. NEWPRO interprets this as resolved.

He has provided the same information to you at the Revdex.com with no additional information. I spoke to the Mass AG and *** the owner told them it was to be installed on May 15th, but not only was that a rainy day no one every called to say it was going to be installed AND I spoke to the manager that day and there as NO WORK ORDER for this to be installed as it was sitting in their warehouse since APRIL!!! The owner has done nothing but change stories to different organizations with this complaint and I want $1566 refunded back to me minus $100 deposit!

I need to add the owner threatened my credit so if I did not pay he would of applied a balance to my credit and marked me as delinquent.

Kevin S. arrived promptly and never stopped until the job was completed to his satisfaction, which was perfection! Every detail beginning with putting down the drop clothes, cutting everything out to the studs, removing the debris, the total installation of our beautiful new walk-in shower was completed with his high standards. He rechecked all the seams and did a final cleaning which included vacuuming before asking us to give a final inspection. Kevin was extremely professional in every manner. Thank you, again!

This week I noticed a few pieces of vinyl siding that came loose (during the violent spring storms we had) on my roof dormers installed in 2016. I decided to send Nick (owner) an email about my situation and within three hours he had sent Bill P. out to evaluate and was able to fix right away with his truck load of ladders, tools and parts. That's what I call 'FANTASTIC' customer service and very professional....Thanks NEWPRO for your guaranteed delivery of service and repairs.

Had a service call with Ryan P this morning. My problem was solved quickly and professionally by Ryan. Great job, Ryan.

Artie D. installed one of 3 windows I ordered in March. He was courteous, professional and a nice guy. He also did a nice job, the window looks nice. This is the second time I have ordered Newpro windows.

I was referred to NewPro by a friend for window replacements. Over a 3 year period I have replaced all the windows in my condo. Newpro's personnel have been very helpful from the initial phone call to the installation. The first year the representatives visited my home and explained the 3 window options so I was able to make an informed decision. The installation crew was very competent. They installed 7 windows in one day and left the premises clean and tidy, removing all the old windows. There was a followup call made to me by Newpro to make sure I was happy with the work. The windows themselves are much better than the ones I had. They operate smoothly, are easy to clean and have very nice fine mesh screens. Overall I am very please with Newpro and their product.

Great Company. The widow is well manufactured. Service is prompt and courteous.

Ryan was very polite and got the job done quicky

The workers were very thorough and professional. The work was completed on time and clean up was complete; nothing left on ground including nails. I had to have a piece of siding fixed and they were here the next day to fix;it was minor but still taking care of as if it was major. I liked the work so I am having them do my roof now.

I've had Bill P to my home a few times for simple repairs. He's great!!! Always on time, efficient, and very helpful! Has a great personality as well which is helpful!!! Great company, no complaints here

I am commenting on NewPro who installed a new shower and took out my old tub...while the venture was not inexpensive, I chose them for their reputation..I have been really taken advantage of by many people and wanted a company to provide good service and was willing to pay for that...After install, there was a slight issue and called them and they sent Bill P out and within a few minutes everything was fine. I feel that peace of mind you get when you know there is a reason why a company is still existing after 73 years...It all boils down to quality service and someone who will stand behind what they are selling.

Several years ago we had NEWPRO side our New England home. We have been very pleased with their service, quality of work and the house looks amazing. They immediately came to fix a couple of minor problems due to wind damage.
We are now planning to have them remodel our bathroom. We were impressed with the Kohler products we were shown and the representative was very knowledgeable and explained everything we wanted to know.

I had NEWPRO windows installed in 2011, less then two days ago, I had one window lock lever break on one of the windows. Called customer service and spoke with Darryl B, service representative, and issue was resolved within 24 hours. I am still very satisfied with the windows that were installed and even more satisfied with the rapid customer support!

We have used NEWPRO for major window and siding projects with several homes over the past 15 years. They have very high quality products, their installers are very personable and clean up after themselves, and they properly insulate around all windows and doors.
We just completed replacement of all the windows in our home, and we immediately noticed a major difference in the temperature of the home. In New England's cold weather, we were previously experiencing a lot of drafts and just a general "cold" feeling in the home. Today, we are very happy to have a warm and comfortable home, which saves us money on our heating.

Ryan P of Newpro just completed two minor repairs to a window spring and some siding material failure. The material failure was paint separation from a small section of trim used when we had NEWPRO side our house with awesome insulated vinyl several years back.
Ryan was quick and courteous and explained his process for each repair. This and all our experiences with NEWPRO and their installers rate a 5 star.

I recently used NEWPRO to replace my bathroom tub and shower. The soap dish was incorrect. Ryan P came with the new dish he did a great job and was knowledgable about the product. He was on time and neat you would have never know that he was here. Thank you Ryan for your great work.

This is our fourth order with Newpro. We had windows and doors installed about twenty years ago and we are now having a third door and storm door installed. Newpro gives a great warranty and good service. When we had our windows done the installers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Salesmen, installers and service men have all been professional and personable.

We have had Bill come to our house a few times. The first time we met him was when he came to install new windows in our home. The second was to address some issues with the windows and a new door. Today, he came out to find out where a draft was coming from in our front door. Bill was polite, friendly and fixed the issue immediately. We can already feel the difference in the temperature in the living room. No more draft and no more wind noise. Bill is a great guy and a true professional!
