Ryan P. came out to install a storm dorm window for me. He was professional and thorough, and even took the time to wash the window when he was done. He also took pictures of an area of the property that had been overlooked at the end of an earlier install.

I have to say my shower is beautiful,but it has taken 5 months of waiting to take a shower, more things went wrong with the installation and am now waiting for another service call. My installer Bill P., is fantastic he has gone way beyond trying to get all the problems corrected

We had a an appraisal done Friday 5/19 at 6pm in which they requested a deposit of $1500 for 4 windows and a door I was told I would hear about financing Monday morning. On Monday no one had contacted me concerning the financing so I am guessing I didn't get it so I called and cancelled the order Monday 5/21 in which they had already cashed my deposit. When I called several people said they don't handle that took us for ever to get the right person. They told me they had to send manager to the house he made me sign a form on 5/26 still no refund. Called numerous times since. On Wednesday 6/7 I was told we would have it by Friday 6/10 still no money. On Monday 6/12 we called all day no answer left several messages no one has et to ever call us back and still no refund. If you wan to deal with a company that has way over priced merchandise and no customer service at all. Takes forever to get any one to speak to you or resolve anything then I guess give them a chance.
NEWPRO has refunded this customer their deposit in full. NEWPRO recently installed new payment processing technology for customer privacy and protection. This customer's deposit was processed in the required time but we were no aware the refund had to be processed with the same terminal that it was originally processed which caused a delay. This was corrected and refunded in full. NEWPRO apologizes for the inconvenience. Thank you.

I had some broken latch springs, so called Newpro about having them replaced. Maryann on the phone was very helpful, and the service rep who came out to actually do the replacements, Bill ***, was extremely friendly, personable, was glad to demonstrate too me how the springs worked/were broken/were replaced. Conversation was easy, I was used to condescending attitudes from repair people, but Bill was very comfortable. Am DOUBLY glad we replaced all our windows with Newpro, and am going to make a point to relate this to people I know.

Had a great experience with Newpro windows in previous home. Have moved to another home and find that I need a few replacement windows, so I am having Newpro once again.

He was pleasant, polite, knowledgable and very candid about exactly how your products fit with our needs and circumstances. He also provided us a wealth of information when it comes to choosing and working with re-modeling companies. Even though your products aren't a good fit for our immediate needs we enjoyed getting to know Ryan and would certainly work with him in the future should our needs change.

I've had Newpro windows for over a decade now. Several of the windows were extremely difficult to open and 2 no longer stayed open once you did get them open. I had been meaning to call for service for some time, and finally did. He arrived on time, did the job right, and gave me a few tips on how to maintain the windows. Great work. I'm only left wondering why I waited so long to call!!
