The installation of my bath by Newpro went flawless and the end result was fantastic. The installer Kevin Swindell had a greet personality and very easy to talk to. His workmanship was second to none from laying down drop clothes to protect by floors and rugs to addressing any issues that arose along with the plumber (don't remember name) who also had a good personality. I am beyond pleased with the end result as well as his workmanship. I would highly recommend Newpro for any work they perform.
Excellent installation. Trevor B was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was very friendly.

Well let me start of by saying I had a new shower/tub installed and I have not hot water so I have been calling newpro several times to try and get this matter resolved because I now have no shower to use they have been telling me they are going to fix the problem for days now a d has been 6 days that I have not been able to shower and I have a family of 6 so all I want is to fix the issue with my hot water .
The project is complete. The production manager was out to the home on 3/6 from 5:30-7:30 resolving the complaint 100%. Our production team will work with her for a minor compensation. NEWPRO fully stands behind our customers and products.
Scott J. Did an excellent job removing and installing our new bath tub and walls. He was professional and courteous. Cleaned up nicely and covered up areas that could have been affected. Could not have asked for a nicer person. Also, could not believe he was alone and completed the job on time.

John & Mike were very professional,friendly, and arrived on time. They were amazingly meticulous and cleaned up EVERY piece of debris and didn't leave a mess. Although the window replacement was a bit pricey I would highly recommend. On a whole the entire staff that we engaged with at Newpro were very professional and friendly and seemingly strive for exceptional customer service.

Walk in spa tub installed 5/22/2019. Have had issues with it since installation. Numerous emails, calls to company regarding the problem. We are still as of 2/22/2020 STILL not able to use the spa tub part of the tub as it has a plumbing issue. In which they supposedly contracted 2 plumbers to come fix and neither of them have showed up nor did they call to let us know they couldn't make it or to reschedule. There were other issues with the tub which we finally had fixed just in December 2019 after numerous calls, and emails !!! So we will inform them that the plumber that was suppose to be here today 2/22/2020 did not show or call. We are done playing games, and the apologies, and the sorry's. My elder mother paid 19000.00. First of all I ( her oldest daughter) think the tub is worth that much and that she got ripped off. However for that amount of money I would think that this issue should have been fixed LONG BEFORE NOW without all the hassle of trying to have it fixed. So she had a spa tub put in for health reasons and has not been able to use it pretty much just the one time when we found out water was leaking into the basement. I don't know how this company stays business?
NEWPRO has been communication with homeowner and has had the plumber visit the home since time of this post. The production manager is managing and following closely through to resolution with all parties. Replacement parts on order and homeowner is aware of the current state of the situation. NEWPRO will continue to communication with the homeowner until the issue is resolved and the homeowner is satisfied with resolution.

Kevin did a fabulous job. He was meticulous in measuring before he began installing our walk in shower. Everything fit perfectly. He was also very neat and careful and cleaned up beautifully. He was clear with his instructions, arrived on schedule, and was a pleasure to have doing work in our home. We would recommend him and Newpro without hesitation.

Our contractor was Dave H. and did a great job. Traveled 2.5 hours and was here by 8:00 am. He reviewed the job when completed and gave us some tips. Very happy with him. Looking now at other work they do ie: Windows...

Conversion to a Shower is amazing! Newpro installer Joe L was great and cared about the job he was performing. He did an increditable job with the demo, install and clean up afterwards. It was great having someone who took great pride in the work he was doing.

Matt A did a great job working by himself to remove our old tub and install the new shower basin and walls. He arrived on time and I never saw him take a break. He was pleasant and informed me every step of the way. My opinion is that it would have gone a bit quicker and smoother had he had an assistant. There are a couple of nicks in my vinyl floor, which I plan on replacing next year, but which don't help it's look because (I believe) Matt had to maneuver the wall pieces alone. This also happened to the ceiling, which I'll have to repaint. Overall, the new enclosure came out quite nice. Matt was very pleasant and knew his stuff. The plumbers were in and out within an hour and Matt finished the job by dinner time.
