PROMPT AND ON TIME.. VERY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB!!

Newpro came out and installed a new bath tub and surround. It was custom made for our bathroom. Although the tub was not as wide as expected, the installers and installation was great. It was installed in 1 day.

Bill P made a repair to a damaged (13 yr old) Newpro window mechanism and minor maintenance to a few other windows. Bill was amazing: very fast, excellent work quality, very informative with helpful hints to keep the windows operating optimally, friendly. In summary, outstanding workmanship, personality, etc. Five stars.

I bought Newpro windows in 2009 and my heating bill reduced by at least $30 per month. When it was time to replace my storm doors I wasn't going to think twice. Great customer service, and a quality product backed by an excellent warranty. In my opinion it's worth it!

Bill was very helpful in offerings tips on maintaining our windows. He was very polite and showed me what he was doing with easy explanations.

Newpro installed three bow windows in my house in 2007. I recently noticed the vinyl trim was peeling back along the top of one of the Windows. I called and they immediatelly scheduled an appointment for someone to come and repair for no charge.(warranty) Artie and Jim did the work they were polite, professional and finished the job quickly despite the window having several large bushes beneath it! Great work.

Bill C repaired a window for me today. He Immediately knew what the problem was and repaired it in a matter of minutes all with a big smile on his face. Great service!

Bill did a great job - he even arrived 20 minutes early! He took care of everything in an efficient and professional manner.

Enjoyed working with Claude very much. He took the time to understand our needs and explain how Newpro could help us. They did our windows a number of years ago and now our siding. Great experience.

We recently went to a home show to find NewPro in order to have our bathroom renovated. We already have NewPro windows in our entire home. We were so satisfied with the windows that we decided to have them do our renovation. Both the salesman at the show and the person who came to our home for the bathroom project were very well informed and we can't wait for the installation to begin.

Had an appointment with Claude C yesterday at our home to learn about a custom-fitted solution for our shower stall. He explained everything in great detail, took is time, and was professional as well as personable. Looking forward to the installation!!

Here is quick customer service .... it took Bill less time to fix my problem than it took me to get to this website.
He was friendly, courteous, and he even gave me helpful advice. I hope I never have another problem with my Newpro windows, but if I do I certainly hope Newpro sends Bill to my rescue.

Bill C. showed up on time, and only took 15 - 20 minutes to complete minor repairs to 2 Newpro windows that we had installed many years ago. Since I do some of the handy work at home, Bill even showed me how to make the easier repairs if needed again. Good personality and friendly.

My experience with Bill C of Newpro was very satisfying and positive. He was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. He was making an adjustment on a NEWPRO window that wouldn't close. He explained what the problem was and how he would fix it. He solved the problem and cleaned-up in good time.

I really love these windows. I needed help with my windows and Claude came right over the next morning. Great service.
