Great company very clean and organized

A review for Installer Artie D with the NewPro company Artie was very personable and did a great job fixing 6 + windows when work order had only said one. He was very conscientious in getting the job done, He gave me great suggestions on how to keep the windows properly. NewPro is lucky to have him as an installer.

We had a great experience with the NewPro representative Ryan P. He was so kind and professional taking care of the issue we had with one of our windows. His consideration was appreciated by letting us know the exact time he would be arriving. Really great customer service!

Our Sales Rep, Chase, was exceptional. Very well informed and very thorough without being high pressure.
I am not happy, however, with the vacuum cleaner sales technique the company uses.

NewPro window company came to my home today to take care of a few minor problems that I created washing my windows. The technician was very professional He explained to me what I had dome to create the problem and how to fix it myself. It was good to see their are still some true professionals in the business world the company was prompt in their response to my problem, and their technician was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

One of the great things about owning Newpro products is the service that comes with them. Today Ryan came to check out a problem I've been having with one of my windows. First he called me to tell me what time he would arrive, and then he showed up on time. He was very professional in his service. First he explained what he was going to do, step by step. He examined my problem, took pictures of a faulty part, removed my window screen, and went out to his truck to fix it. He was done in a flash. He then told us how he would consult with and "old pro" at Newpro to find some needed hardware. He then gave a as reasonable time line as to when he would get back to us. In our conversations he spoke very highly of the company and the management. I good tell that he enjoyed working for Newpro and was a quality service person.

I had an overall positive experience with the rep, chase b. However, when I called the
company to discuss some concerns I was told a manager would contact me today, I am still waitng.

To sum it all up, my experience with Newpro has been excellent. I was not even intending on doing my master bathroom until I happened to be approached at a *** and thought I would explore the option. The initial meeting was set up quickly, and the representative, Enver, met me on time, on a holiday weekend, and within days of the call. The installation took place a week before it was scheduled which was great. In one day, the installer Kevin did a fantastic job, thoroughly cleaning up after himself. I juxtapose this with another bathroom I am doing traditionally that has taken 2 months of workers in my house with frequent delays and dust and equipment everywhere. I have now decided to also do a bathroom in a rental unit I own. When it comes to avoid time, mess, and disruption, Newpro is the answer. The product is excellent and even my builder still doing the other bathroom was impressed (and this builder also reviewed the price and the product with me before I said yes to Newpro). If I have one negative, I thought the phone call to set up the appointment could have been handled better as they persisted in asking me multiple times if I was the sole decision maker and I felt because I was a woman it seemed they didn't believe me. The rest of the experience more than made up for this.

This sales person is very knowledgeable about the product. This led me to believe that there was no need to compare any other company with NewPro. We were totally sastisfied with David P.

Ryan did a very professional job of installing my door. He took the time to do small, but important, things like touching up, etc. It is obvious that he enjoys his work. I think Ryan is the type of employee that is an asset to the company he works for.

Had an issue with the window not staying up. Contacted Newpro and they sent a repairman within the next few days to repair issue. Bill P came to the house, determined what was not working within a few moments, made the repair and showed me how to properly lubricate the window workings for the future. Very positive experience.

I had 2 doors and a window replaced and the quality of the replacements was excellent. The installation was less than a day and the installers had everything they needed to finish the job. After the installation, I noticed a few cosmetic problems with the work. I called Newpro and they sent Jim over to correct all the issues. It took him less than a day to complete the changes I requested and I was very pleased with his work and the quick response from Newpro.

I had some problems with double-hung windows and NEWPRO technician Jimmy C resolved all of them quickly and with high quality. He arrived in time on the day of the service and was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and even made some suggestions on how to prevent issues from happening in the future. I'm very satisfied with his service.
