Contacted New Pro to have some New Pro windows in my home repaired. The track mechanisms needed repair and/or replacement. Ryan P came out to the house, introduced himself (the big New Pro truck was a great "give away" as to who he was representing). He asked what the problem was and went right to work doing whatever had to be done to put the windows back into working order. He inspected and repaired. where needed, the nine windows in question in about 1-1/2 hours. He was courteous, professional and just an all around fantastic individual. He did a great job and cleaned up anywhere there was debris that fell out of the tracks. I told him that I would take care of that after and he commented to the effect that it was part of his job and he wanted to leave the area looking as though he had not been there. When he left all the windows were working perfectly and he gave me some information on how to keep them working that way for a long time.

In 1989 Newpro install replacement windows in my 1902 built home.
Over the years they had built up a film in between the glass that I could not clean.
I called Newpro and told them about the issue I had and they said they could come out and replace the glass.
They gave me a break on the price and sent someone out to measure the windows.
In about 3 weeks they sent out Jim C to install the new glass .He had finish the job within a few hours.
I would recommend Newpro and their staff to anyone looking for new windows.
By the way all the labor is free if they need to come out and do any repairs.

We found the installer, Artie D, very professional and courteous. He took the time to install a picture window and bathroom window to the customer satisfaction. I would certainly welcome this installer back into my home for future installations. However, the business itself NEWPRO is questionable since the work that was to be done Monday, August 28 2017, is still not completed as of Saturday, 9/02/17. They delivered the wrong windows for the basement and the installer was unable to complete his job. Found it very challenging communicating with NEWPRO Office to get time frame as to when the job will be completed.

I was serviced by Bill C today on September 1, 2017. He was polite and efficient. I mentioned that I may want to get a slider replaced and he took some information and provided me with a gift voucher. I called my son who has also talked about replacing a slider and Bill did the same for him. We both thought he did a very good job explaining the process.

I want to tell you how good of a job Bill P did on repairing my 30 year old windows . He fixed the windows and showed me a little trick to keep the windows functioning properly .He was very professional and is a asset to your company.

My window would not lock after only 1 year after installation. They sent a service tech out right away and it was fixed in 10 minutes. He showed me how the mechanism worked and gave me tips on how to "properly" lock the window.

Jeanne *** R came to our house after we reported mold growth on our caulking of the replacement windows we had. He replaced the caulking and explained that the older caulking (state of the art at the time of replacement) was found to mold and was replaced with the newer caulking which should not allow mold growth.
He completed the recaulking of the lower, ground-level windows, and explained that he did not have the allowed time or equipment to replace the caulking of the upper replaced windows. He examined the upper-level windows and advised that he would make a recommendation to the company for recaulking of the upper windows at a future appointment.

Bill P took a couple of minutes from a busy schedule to explain to me how to open my two year old windows. I has forgotten. He was so kind, very professional and through. I thank NewPro for having him stop by rather than trying to explain to me over the phone how to be able to wash the outside dirt off from the inside of my house. Great company and a fantastic employee!

NEWPRO did an excellent job removing a decades-old bath and shower installation and replacing it with a new one. Ryan P came a day or two later with a shower curtain rod, which was not placed initially because of a size mismatch, and placed that smartly and expeditiously and very professionally.
