After the last person I talked to also told me they cannot change the status of my chikorita from regular to shiny, even tho I have photos to prove that I wasn’t pulling there leg, I asked what can be changed and how will it be different for future since it was bull t

I have been dealing with this issue since Niantic did their last even "rock type Pokemon plus extra buddy candies" The issue is right after catching a few rock types my account for the second time is banned to the point I only get to see common junk Pokemon I.e rats, birds, and all the other basic common Pokemon I contacted the company and provided plenty of proof that I have no bots, hacks, or anything on my cell phone (iphone6) and my account is still not reverted back to normal

Niantic’s Pokemon Go is having “server issues” right now- that is, on top of not responding to any customer complaints via email, Twitter, Facebook, even iTunes doesn’t understand what’s going on! Anytime someone leaves a negative review on Google, what does Niantic do?
