I use to enjoy Pokemon Go but have decided no more I enjoyed the hours of fun but I'm quitting I played heavily in 2015/for a year and found my account some how became light banned for heavy playing and grinding When I was playing by the rules and never exploited the game Some how my account got lightly banned for heavy grinding and playing heavy Not my fault I work right under a pokestop with excellent spawns I went to the park every day for a couple hours How am I cheating when I am playing legally by the rules? I quit playing for a year once I couldn't even get poke balls from pokestops and the capture rate was low I resumed to find out much has changed and thought they had fixed some of the glitches Alas noThey have been rolling out the Poxedex so slowly that it's been a slow grinding process of waiting They don't keep consistent with the show and jump the different regions out as they feel like it Apparently we get an ice Vulpix before we get a Leafeon There will be at least characters I'll never be able to capture because they exist only on foreign serversAnd some characters are strictly limited to climate regions thus making it difficult to get to them I'm a home body and traveling to these areas is a major event in my life if at allRares such as legendary use to be exciting to get Due to the fact the math percentage of actually getting one as low After all that grinding to get just one I'm finding out now they're just handing the creature out like candy It sort of defeats the purposeHow on earth are people getting shinnies? When I play, I play heavy still within the rules I have grinded for hours on end and have never run into a wild spawning shiny I've only seen shinnies on two separate occasions: event days and by completing the field research questsThe game has speed limit rules in it to keep from getting another lawsuit from a driver playing while driving This is bull for the 95% of us who are actually passengers We can't get items from pokestops, nor capture creatures after a while Once we start getting the message "are you a passenger" you have to restart the game as it begins to crash the game I've given up playing as a passenger or while being inside of anything above mphThe game gps is not terribly accurate Yet when you go to Google Maps it places you exactly spot on The game gps bounces around so much it's becoming unstable to play indoors I use to enjoy playing at the mall but quickly quit due to the fact the gps kept bouncing around and thought I was a passenger Then the speed limit rules kept kicking in and forced crashed the gameDaily limit on coins and stardust? Seriously? You use to be able to max out about coins and 5,star dust They reduced it to coins at best per day if you can hold a gym for hours You get the most coins at your first gym The second gym 1-at best regardless of how long it's held for The third gym or more = coins Once my account finally got high enough to hold a gym I became excided but found collecting the coins disappointing as they limit them now Until recently you use to be able to get 5,star dust per day and recently you're lucky if you can even get 3,star dust per day Thus placing a level cap on maxing out your charactersWhen Pokemon Go released bi/tri monthly even days I use to enjoy walks at parks Pokemon Go has horded parks with players to the point of destroying the purpose of a park Hordes of people on their phones for up to hours glued to their phone slowly shuffling through the park forgetting the trial right of way rulesForced updates at no notice with you getting kicked out of the game This is a bit annoying and has forbid me a rare capture or two There was a time when I had to return to a wifi zone (i.ereturn home, download update, then return) then resume playing This was a bit annoying as all too often I would arrive at destination, start walking, be in the middle of a walk or off on vacation or just leave on vacation Then a mandatory update would happen I do appreciate that we no longer have to download every update A warning would be nice before we get kicked out of the game or redirected to the app store and told update requiredI did enjoy my endless grinding of fun but I shall alas say Good By Pokemon Go and hello to reality again Thank you for the endless hours of fun though

There so much to say I have been trying to contact niantic for a month and had not gotten any reply back about the issue only auto reply when you send the email which has changed each time I sent an email about the same situation for the past monthI also tried calling but the phone number does not workTo make it easier I shall paste my email that I wrote to niantic here to better understandSee below( Aloha, I have not gotten a reply for my appealJust a auto reply to consider myself bannedWhen will my appeal be resolved? I have been playing their product Pokemon Go without issueI last successfully logged in to that product on 8/11/I have been unable to log in all day of 8/12/I have made multiple attempts to reach out to Niantic to recover my account with no success or answers/help from their customer service departmentI have also invested money in to this product as well and feel like I have been cheated out of my money/servicesI feel this is unjust and demand that my account be recovered asap!

Company offers a three strike rule before your account can be banned on their website......My account was banned after only strike, so I asked for my money back that I've given them and they refuse to honor the three strike rule or a refundI will not be playing their games any longerIt was very difficult to find their customer supper email but I was able to find it so people can email this address * ***

I have emailed Niantic labs for the better part of months now regarding my termination of Pokémon go they say I either cheated or used another softwareAnytime I send them proof I just received my email back after it was hacked they ignored it even though I spent nearly in real currency to playI want a fair chance and my account back it’s not fair to ban someone for something I didn’t do

This game is not functioning as advertised or properlyI lost my money over several in-app purchases due to their server problemsAnd a few weeks ago, thousands of players began requesting their refunds for every dollar they had ever spent on the game because they removed a core mechanicThe game does not allow you to do what you're supposed to do (what is advertised) without that function workingI requested my refund, they completely failed to respondI contacted Google, they gave me back my most recent purchases but said I had to contact the developer to get the rest back like everyone else had been doingThere was much better success on Apple's App Store, but not so much Google's Play StoreEven still, this company broke Google's app store policy and the terms of service by cutting off all communication from anyone attempting to contact them through the Play StoreJust one of the many shady, questionable things this company has been doingI sent them several inquiries an

Niantic ignores customer complaints and refuses to address the public with product related issuesCurrently thousands and thousands of Android phone users (Including myself) have been unable to access their "Pokemon go" app for over days due to a flawed updateThis might sound trivial, but the truth is a majority of us pay to enjoy this product, and when a service abruptly ends or cuts off, a company should be held to task to inform or help it's affected user base with these issuesI understand that purchases made within the app are optional, but my hope is Niantic may face a lawsuit at some point in regards to thisYou can't morally launch a product, collect money, then drop all support
The error message encountered "Failed to get game data from server" when attempting to launch is not detailed on the companies support page, and email support did not reply to or acknowledge this

I am very dissatisfied with the services Niantic has to offer for their game “POKÉMON GO.” When an error occurs in the game that has something to do with the loss of items or failure to collect raid bonuses, the support page offers no means to contact a support representativeI fully believe that the company has failed me as a player and a customer in that regardI would like to see a change, so that others such as myself, do not have to suffer this injusticeIt is criminal to allow a business to collect money from players and offer no assistance when the game robs them of the purchased items due to Errors Codes beyond their control

I have been what is called in the community "shadow banned" and Niantic says it is for a violation of the agreed termsThis has been going of for days and others in the community lost the ban after daysI have had repeated issues with the game which I have spent hundreds of dollars on and never been compensatedI have asked for the issues to be resolved and have pictures as well and shortly after I was shadow bannedNow I have sent around emails to no avail as many different people have replied to the email with a cut and paste answer that says they cannot help and are not allowed to discuss this at all and they overall literally just ignore the questions I askI believe they have violated privacy policy with me and apple as well as they said they can see some sort of app on my phoneI have not cheated on this game and wish for the ban to be lifted and some sort of compensation for the issues prior and now these

MehPromises things they dont deliver, instead of fixing bugs they remove key features that makes their product unusableTerrible service, extremely disappointed

I had received a notification of a possible violation to the Pokémon Go terms of service two months ago, which I emailed them about and basically stated that I had to just wait an undetermined amount of time until the issue was resolved on its ownAfter weeks we were able to play the game again at its full capacitydays ago the notification appeared again and on the morning of the it was goneOn the morning of September the notification appeared again and this time I emailed the company due to be fact that there has not been a violation on our partWe have complied to their terms, no third party app exists in my phone and yet now my family can’t play this game againI have spent over $dollars on this game so at a minimum I would expect that they give me an answer as to why I am still receiving this ban to the game after we have remained compliant to their rules

The company tells people to write to them to submit ban appeals or questions and concerns that they have, yet when checking on ticket status, the "status" is already "closed"
This is a company that, though may be small, has no idea of how to handle talking with customers, and their customer service is atrocious
Their handling of everything is a systemic issue in the video game industryTheir microtransactions are voided because of their own system and server issues, causing players to lose time and money
This is a young company and it definitely shows

They advertise one thing, deliver something elseEverything changes in their apps every week or twoIt started off really great in Pokemon Go, but they've made the game so restrictive now that it's hardly playable anymoreDon't waste your money on them

I have been playing Niantic Incs Pokemon Go game on my mobile device for almost months nowI really enjoy the game so I had absolutely no problem spending money on the games in app purchasesTo date I have spent $Some players like myself are really into the game, each pokemon in the game has hidden statistic which can be calculated with the data in the gameThere were third party applications made that would input this data for you and give you the numbers you were looking for making it a much easier taskThere was no warning from Niantic Inc saying that we could not use these appsThere was also no contact between Niantic Labs and their player base to begin withNiantic Inc does not respond to anyone playing their gameNiantic decided without telling their players that they are going to ban and terminate players accounts for using these appsI had my account taken away from me without any warning or contact from NianticI have emailed them and sent in an appeal form

The recent login issue you experienced has since been resolved and the Equinox event has been extended as a resultWe appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and the request for players to have the ability to transfer accounts has been passed along to the team for future

To preface this, I'd like to say that in trying to help myself solve the problem, since Niantic's customer support is the worst support I've ever accounted in my life, I looked online and saw many other users have had similar issues with this company's software, and reported having no help from customer support My ideal solution to this issue is to just get proper customer support to get me back into my account that I am somehow locked out of If that can't happen, then I feel literally robbed, and hope I can get every cent of my $back that I've spent on the game If neither of those solutions come about in a timely fashion, I definitely want to make it well-known to the public how bad this company's customer support is in the face of a software issue that unexpectedly locks a user out of a saved account that has potentially had a lot of time and money invested in
Here is what happened: I downloaded Niantic's free smartphone app Pokemon Go on my Droid phone a while back

I am unable to delete my Pokemon Go accountI requested deletion of my Pokemon Go account on 7/11/I re-requested again on 8/4, 9/and 9/My account is still not deletedThe support system for deleting account has not completed my requestI do not wish for Pokemon Go to have the rights to my information, as stated in their EULATherefore, I wish my account to be deleted, information removed and privacy rights restoredAfter multiple attempts, the support system has failed to do soI am unable to get a response from the company other than the automated reply

Good morning, so I play Pokemon go I spent a lot of money and time on this game, so I have purchased coins and they never gave them to me one of the times I had let it go cos they said they weren't going to be a to give me my money back or put my coinsSo then on Thursday or Friday I purchased dollars worth of coins for a event I get on my game yesterday and they are gone and they said they took them back do to a refund Wich they can't show me or I never received the money backSo this is the second time they have taken money from me without giving me anything for the gameSo now I been losing hours to work to get this taken care of
