This gaming company continues to make their product more and more un-enjoyableI am referring to the developer's game *** **Since the release of the game the company offered little communication to address the many problems players were experiencingThey continually ignored complaints and offered little reassurance as to when the problems would be fixed or what was being done to fix said problemsThird party developers offered solutions to the problems this company failed to address and these third party companies were shut down because they were violating the terms of service agreementSo in the current state of the game it is nearly unplayable and no where close to enjoyableNiantic fails to service the public in a respectful manner and has offered no reparations to those who have spent hard earned money on their game

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The issue will only be resolved when they repair their dataUntil that time the app is broken for those that unfortunately live in areas that are falsely labeled as airports or airport runwaysIt's not right that those of us that enjoyed using the app and spent our time now must give up or travel to another town to use the appThe time invested in using the app is wasted at this pointIt's pretty sad that nobody can even explain why or if it will ever be fixed, or even keep anyone that filed a complaint such as this updated.

Yes so years ago they banned my pokemon go account for no reason no warning no nothing and I let it go after months of contacting them and they never responded or gotten back to me but now I want my account back and iv finnaly gotten a response and they told me they did it because I cheated appearntly but I did no such thing their systems flawed and they banned me for no reason iv swear on my mom's life I know what iv don't and I didn't but their following flawed system or lieing to me and it's unfair because iv auctiay cash charged 5$ in this game also and now they just want me to start over to spend my money on their game instead of giving me back my account which is unfair and a scam and I'm not the only one with this issue I'm sure and they should not be allowed to get away with this I personally think the issue why I got banned was I'm with freedom mobile and the GPS used to be allover the place when I used it but then again I got no warning no nothing and no response for wh

I made a purchase for their online game for my daughterThe game was working for her prior to my purchaseAfter I spent the money they terminated her game accountThey took my money and now they won't allow her to play the game anymoreI have requested for a refund of my money without any resultsThis is bad business to take a consumers money then not give them the product or a refund They essentially ruined a game for my child

Niantic Severs were terribleI purchase lucky eggs (a in game purchase) and most of the time the app shut down when I use oneEach lucky egg last mins and the sever are shut down using one right before the severs a about to randomly shut sucks

Pokémon Go currently has exclusive raids for the opportunity to catch the strongest character in the gameNiantic has allowed the same select group of people to get multiple passes for exclusive raids and has left most of their community without even a chance even though we have been doing the same things as the privileged few that get passesThis is unacceptable as it disrupts game balanceNiantic was also extremely dishonest when they announced the qualifications to get an exclusive raid passThey indicated that you had to raid at as many places as possible causing a lot of players to spend money on regular raid passes when they have no shot at getting an exclusive pass and niantic knew that they were not launching for the entire communityThey need to refund players for all of the raid passes purchased under the pretense of being able to get an exclusive raid pass

Company released the game with a tracking mechanic in place and which was the main draw of the game and resulted in several in-app purchasesThe tracking was such a large draw for me that I bought an external battery for my phone as to extend play time while out walkingHowever, shortly after release this feature was removed entirely which has likewise completely removed the only reason I played the game and which I had spent money on itWith such a drastic change in functionality the game went from something I would spend hours per day doing on walks to something I might run for a few minutes per night just to see if anything had changedDue to this core gameplay element, indeed the only reason I played or spent money, being removed by the developer with no warning or acceptable replacement I felt a refund on the recently spent money was an entirely fair request and as such submitted that to customer supportAfter patiently waiting for nearly months for a reply the request was

Lets start by explaining the level of experience I have in the gaming world:
I have been a hardcore gamer all my life (32yrs), and Ive been successful in several games on a global scale I was part of the best *** team in the World for over half a decade, placed top ** ** *** * *** events, and have reached top percentages for a multitude of other games *** *** ***) I have been sponsored by ***, and been on display in every *** *** ** *** I'm saying all of this so you understand I'm not some random gamer who is just mad the game doesn't workI am someone who has been around the block, seen their fair share of games, and know a quality product when I see one
Now, lets get down to it I started playing *** ** the day it was released in North America (July 7th) Im sure Niantic did not remotely understand the onslaught that was coming at the time, but that did not turn out to be the problem The problem has been their inability to communicate and/or respond to any of the issues they are facing, especially with their customers
Over the course of the first week, servers were constantly unstable/down While this is absolutely understandable due to the sheer volume of people wanting to play the game, it made it no less annoying to the actual gamer trying to play their game Now I have dealt with server instability before, and its nothing new for someone trying to rush and play the game as much as possible during a launch The problem therein lies with Niantic's inability to provide the consumer with support and/or compensation for EXTREME amounts of downtime In *** **, you can buy consumables to help you find more *** and gain more experience I was buying these often during the first week, only to have the servers crash or lag to the point of being unplayable, thus simply wasting my money I would have been much more 'okay' with this if there had been compensation provided as a result of dealing w/ such a troublesome phaseThis continued for the entire week, and I never heard back from my requests to get a refund (full, partial, or even store credit) There is no phone number you can call, nor online support that will respond I ended up going through *** *** support THREE weeks after, and my issues were resolved in less than minutes
I ended up being one of the first people to reach level in the entire World I posted my feedback and impressions with the game on the ***Go subreddit, and it reached the front page within hours It was posted and referenced on notable sites like *** and ***, as well as several other pages I also made other posts that have detailed several other areas where the game is heavily lacking Now while I dont expect Niantic to respond to me, obviously, that doesn't mean they shouldn't respond to anyone They have had next to zero transparency in regards to the issues being faced, and their support is non existent
I don't expect Niantic to be perfect, but I do expect communication They the worst customer support I have ever experienced in my gaming careerCombine this with their untimely responses to issues faced by their game, and thats why I'm here submitting a report Hopefully someone reads this and realizes that Niantic needs to step up their game, substantially My contact information is tied to this submission, but you can also reach me on *** *** Please, don't hesitate to send me any questions or concerns related to this article

I recently received a day shadow ban while playing their game Pokémon goI was told to stop using modified client software, I’m not even sure what they meant, but doing research online apparently in some fashion they considered me as a cheater more or lessI contacted them to ask about it, but as others have posted they don’t really give you any answers when conversing through emailBut since it was only days, and I wasn’t cheating I thought I would just play it outIn order to gear up for a recent special raid day they were running in the game, I purchased over $worth of in-game PokécoinsMy day ban ended and I logged in to play Saturday the 22nd and my account now said day banAnd I couldn’t play at allI contacted Niantic again but got the same non-answers and was basically told they couldn’t tell me anything and just wait the daysI replied to the last email I got from them asking about refunds on my over $purchase of Pokécoins, and then never heard from

Account with the game pokemon go was deleted by niantic and banned without prior notification or justification as to whyIn game purchases were made in this game since it's release and emails to niantic have gone unanswered and refunds of money spent is wanted due to the unlawful deletion of my account associate with their game

I stopped playing Pokemon Go around April 2017, and in the time since the account was hacked and apparently used in ways that are bannable offenses by NianticAs I would like to start playing Pokemon Go again, I would like to use my account and username, but as they have been banned, I am unableSince I am not the person who committed the bannable offenses, I do not believe that I should be subject to the banning and termination of the accountWhen I spoke to customer service about this, they ignored my comments and just said that the case was closed, which I found quite rude
