Niantic has a support site where you can file a complaint regarding an issue with your account or if you find another player breaking their Terms of Service and cheating at their gameAfter month of reaching out to support regarding a player that is breaking the Terms of Service and is cheating at their game their support team has done nothing to remedy the issueTheir support team does not handle issues in a timely manner and it affects the quality of the game for other playersThey have someone breaking their Terms of Service and they are simply not handling their product the way they should

Dear Sirs, I have made payments for Pokemon Go under this email account *** via Apple Store and now I cannot access the game and no reason was given to meI would like to request for a refund from this company as it makes no sense to pay for something that cannot be used

I contacted this company following an issue I had with logging into their gaming platformAfter being unable to log in to my account and sending an email to their support team, the company responded to tell me that I had a permanent ban on my account and they would be unwilling to further assist meI did not receive any communications from the company prior to me reaching out to them, so I replied requesting more informationAgain, the company responded to say they would not assist me any furtherI then asked for a refund of the money I spent on the account since it was no long a product I was using or would be able to use, and the company once more refused to further assist meI’m appalled that this company feels so entitled that they don’t need to work with the consumers who are trying to reach out to them

Pokemon go banned me for NO reason and never contacted me stating I was banned! This is absolutely absurd! I've sent several ban appeals in to Niantic and no responseI've been patient up till now! If I didn't do anything then why am I being punished?? It's not hard to respond to emails! I even reached out to a different departmentStill nothing! I'm done!

I am a very loyal and dedicated Pokemon Go playerI have invested 40.00$ US dollars towards my account and have been putting in over 30+ hours of game time per weekOn Tuesday, August 23rd, I was getting a login error saying, "Unable to authenticatePlease try again." you for resetting it for meYou may want to double check the "unable to change it back" part as it was definitely the trainer name I originally hadIf you can see my name history on the account, you should be able to see that my trainer name was originally the same name.
In regards to your anti-cheat systems, you mentioned "in general" you do not discuss this informationWhen would be an exception to discussing anything related to them? It's apparent that you will not be manually releasing the "shadowban" from my account, but can I ask how long it lasts? Is it permanent or temporary? If it's permanent, I will no longer play Pokemon GO or any other Niantic games in the future due to the fact that I've had no warnings of misuse and suddenly being permanently limited in play, as well as strongly discourage others from using any Niantic gamesIf it's temporary, I will continue playing in the hopes the limiting of my account isn't tediously longAll I want to know is if it's temporary or not, as I know you probably will not provide the time frameIs this simple answer able to be provided?

I'm a business man of companies and lately my wife got me into this Pokemon GoSo we played together and she insisted to travel to SingaporeWe are living in MalaysiaSo we went Singapore and stayed at the Universal Stupid HotelAs we were told for the many PokeStop and Spawns thereSo I purchased Lure to help my wife with catches and instead we were BANNED for leaving Malaysia and go to SingaporeIf no one is able to leave the country to catch the least you can give is a warning instead of BANNING peopleThis business doesn't even reply their customers support email or answer their U.S customer support numberDue to all the stress I had to go through me and my wife have decided we should just stop playing this game due to my high blood pressure issuesI find it totally ridiculous for banning people when a company created a game which require people to travel around to catch rare monstersIf a paying customer has to value or respect then it is better we leave

I am an avid player of the game published by Niantic title Pokemon GO, as are several friends of mine Lately in the area I play in (*** *** ** ***) there has been a large problem with GPS spoofing by players, which constitutes cheating and a violation of the Pokemon GO TOS This cheating is verifiable with both video and in game shots for proof It has also led to stalking and intimidation, both in real life and virtually This has, in turn, made the game no longer fun for any of us that have fallen victim to it, not to mention the wasted money several of us have spent on the game since the game does give the options of microtransactions Several reports have been made to Niantic, which I will list below, but they have done nothing In fact, the cheating has gotten worse

I started to set up a Pokemon account for my child and have tried several times to delete itI sent them the information they needed on a online form and they sent me a message back saying to type delete in the reply line and this would confirm it was deletedSo I did that and did not hear back for two monthsI had assumed it was doneThen I get a email stating because of new policies I will have to resubmit a form againI do not know the trainer account name they ask for at this point and ask for itThey send it I assume that the email address they need is mine since he is under So I submit the form again and then I get a message stating I need to type this code into the reply line to confirm thisI do this and a couple days later a message comes in that it's not the right email address or trainer club account nameI also tried a gmail account that may have been used but that gmail account has been deletedI have tried several times to delete this accountThere is no pho

Since the new update on July 31st the game is probably deadThe tracking tool to find new *** never worked anyway and if that wasn't enough, they shut down a 3rd party service which compensated that in-app failureI have no further intentions to play this game any longerThey did not even talk once to their community

I have made multiple purchases on Niantic's mobile game titled Pokémon Go, totaling $since the game's launchAs a long-time fan of Pokémon, I was absolutely thrilled nearly every moment I played [Pokémon Go]Unfortunately, one of their updates to the game intentionally blocked the mobile devices of a large portion of their playerbase (myself included) in an attempt to discourage 'cheaters', the only deciding factor for the block was whether or not the device was 'rooted' or 'jailbroken' - terms used for Android and iOS, respectfully - which allow users full control over the device's system filesWhile my two Android phones were both 'rooted', I was successfully able to reverse the modifications, but was still blocked from playing Pokémon GoI have made electronic attempts at contacting Niantic for a refund, but they leave no option for this issue on their website and have provided an unreachable email address in their Google Play information

My family and I received product advertising for Niantic’s PokemonGo Fest Every time we logged into the app it popped up leading us to a countdown to buy ticketsOnce the time came to purchase ticketsI logged in minutes early to purchase the ticketsDue to server congestion loading issues I never had the oppurunity to purchase the ticketsI tried and tried and tried never available after minutes of trying on devicesI saw that tickets were sold outAt the beginning of the I told my yr old son he could earn his ticket to the event by doing good in schoolHe has worked so hard to go to this event and has straight A’sToday when I get home I have a break the newsThe tickets for the event were never available, pure luck of the lotterySoooo disappointed

Niantics Terms of service is not being upheld, they are allowing certain activities deemed wrong and punishable by termination of account to go unpunished for almost a year nowThis has impacted the expected service of paying customers, and our ability to play the game as designedI have contacted them many of times over the course of the months, and every month they ignore it and the impact becomes worse on a service I have put over 900$As a paying customer, I expect to use the service as intended and that is no longer possible due to Niantic failing to enforce the terms of service they made us sign

Niantic suspended my Pokémon go account I paid a good deal of funds into on accusations that I cheated and violated their Terms of ServiceI appealed this accusation and punishment explaining there was no possible way it could have been meThis is a mobile game and I was without a mobile device for a month when I logged in to find the suspension noticeAfter the appeal was rejected I got a bit my negatively flustered and demanding, to which they increased the suspension time simply because they wanted toIt’s borderline theft as I paid into the game just to have them take it away from me for something I’m not even responsible for to start with

I had purchased in application credits for $On 8/24'16, I made a single item purchase using some of those credits., However, when I submitted the purchase by pressing once, the software bug/glitched and made dozens of purchases of the same item automaticallyI left them in the inventory for months so they could credit me back the 60$ USD that the app spent by itselfFurthermore, I ended up spending another $because 60$ was used up by the bug/glitch11/- months later, Client services responded with an automatically e-mail, that I would need to RE-SUBMIT my month old ticket so that I can wait another months for probably another automated e-mail
