I made $in in-app purchases on Niantic's game, Pokemon GoDue to the rampant and unacceptable cheating and lack of communication by the company I requested a refundAfter a long wait, they denied the refundFineSome time later they banned my account which is unbelievebaleNiantic has repeatedly refused to address the community regarding cheating or really anything (other than delays)It has also held an extremely dishonest position, stealing from users around the world by repeatedly changing their game(making it much harder and slower to play the game)They have made promises of features which have never been implemented into the game

On 10/19/I had to factory reset my cell phoneI was unable to back up any information prior to doing soWhen I attempted to reinstall the Pokemon Go app I was, and have been unable to restore my accountI have contacted support TWICE now via email since a phone number is not available to contact anyone in personBoth inquires from me explained my problem in detailI provided my username, email, and other information that would be useful for a customer service/tech support person to help identify the issue and restore my accountSince then, both tickets have been marked "closed" as resolved and I am still without answersI have spent a lot of money to obtain the level I was on and now it seems like the account I had has now disappeared into oblivionI either want my account restored to where I can use it, or I want the money I "invested" into the game refundedThe tech support and customer service experience has been one of the most despicable encounters I have ever experien

I travel frequently and I play Pokemon GoI have visited countries since the release of the game and have collected Pokemon from many countriesI recently purchased $in game products on Pokemon GoSoon after the purchase, they cancelled my accountI have significant in game currency left unspentAs far as I am aware, I have not violated the TOS (which is their claim)95% of the Pokemon I have caught are within miles of my home and the rest are all from trips that I tookI have the passport stamps and travel records to confirm the travelI only have one account (which is required by the TOS) which is installed on personal devices (because it drains the battery quickly)

Niantic is not fair the number of *** and gym in the world are not equalIf Niantic provide equal game experience, provide equal number of pokestops and gyms through out world and we will play as legit*** ***

This company refuses to interact with their customer baseThey will damage the *** trademark if they are allowed to continue in this direction
Main features in the game have been removed without real explanationThey have made a casual game much more difficultIt has become hard enough that you need to purchase from them if you want to play
If they wanted to be payed for the game it should have come out as a purchase gameThe bait-and-switch tactics used by this company are deplorable

Would rather update security than features , bans accounts for no reason , battery drain in hour of playtimeThis company was awesome when they first dropped Pokémon Go Now their only concern is to stop spoofing which has massacred the game for everyone else!

Due to not having a screen saver attached to their game pokemon go the pokeball at the bottom of the screen had burned the image into my phoneI have only had the phone for a few monthsThe game requires having it turned on for a substantial amount of time if any progress it to be made

I created an account for the game with my work emailA few months ago (~3) I messaged them asking if I could change my email address to another one since I wasn't planning to stay at my job for much longerI did not get a replyAbout two months later, I messages again stating that I would be quitting my job and requested that my account be transferred to another email address as the current one would be deactivatedI only got a default answerI replied to that email explaining my situation further but didn't get any answerNow I quit my job and do not have access to the gameI messaged them a third time and requested the account to be transferred, but they rejected meI then inquired about getting a refund for the money I spent on the game for items that I was unable to use due to being locked out and I was once again rejected

The popular game by Niantic, Pokémon go was released and hit the ground runningEveryone was out and about playing this game and we heard nothing but great reviewsAs time goes on, the changes to this game have forced people to stop playingIt's as if they dangled this great game in front of our faces, and then slowly started taking away some of the features that made this game funBecause of these changes, the game appeal has decreased tremendously and now we hear nothing but negative reviewsWe have lost the ability to track Pokémon completelyWith this feature down, several people put up very helpful scanning and tracking sites which quickly got shut down by NianticPromises to fix this "bug" have kept us hopeful, but we haven't seen any changes in the tracking featureWe just keep seeing helpful tracking websites get shut downOne in particular, who promised to shut down their site as soon as Niantic fixed the tracking issueGyms- the only feature in the game that allows us to collect coins and "buy" special items in the shopCompletely ruinedGyms are now easily taken down and impossible to build upHigh level gyms I suppose "intimidate" other players who may not be high level and able to fightHowever, there are so many social media groups that have united teams and allow for team meet ups and team playingTHIS IS GREAT! I've have been put on what's known as a "softban" fron the companies mobike game "Pokemon Go" for allegedly viloationg their TOSHowever, this is simply untrue and no violations if tge TOS were madeI've made several attempts to contact tge companies customer service department to try to rssolve this issue with no successThis I'd impacting my ability to play this game, and I don't feel it's fait fir ne to have to suffer because of Niantic's mistake

Tickets for Pokémon GO Fest went up (supposedly) on sale at 12PM eastern timeThe website presented nothing but lag issues and never, for minutes allowed me to purchase a ticket for this eventNot minutes after their twitter account announced they were sold out, scalpers are already selling these tickets for HUNDREDS of dollarseBay users such as techable*com sold 3, and tuckersnoop has for sale at over $They only sold for $20!
