I am rejecting this response because:I have proved to both the Revdex.com rep and Niantic rep that I do not spoof! This issue is annoying to say the least Get the real spoofers like the one I send directly to Niantic almost everyday and yes, I do keep every email sent back for making the report with Niantic I have also spoken with Revdex.com and told them I have photos on my phone of me at *** *** Park with a photo of the sign of the park and all the stops and gyms at that park which I am PHYSICALLY there The only thing I know about spoofing is when it is done to me when I am trying to take down a gym and get error out and someone else is trying to beat it and I am the ONLY PERSON around! I would like this matter cleared up due to the new event of ice and fire is coming up and I already missed out on the rock event! This is truly unfair to players who play the game the way it is meant! I use no 3rd part apps as both Revdex.com has seen and Niantic, I use nothing but what the Pokemon Go in game gives me to utilize such as the appraise feature This has gone on long enough and now Niantic is going after my husband's account as well for some odd reason because he works at a camp site for two weeks with no pokestops, gyms or pokemon by him unless there is an event then pokemon spawn in maybe once a day at his job site in *** ** It's really sad when true honest players have to take such lengths to be able to play a simple app game. Please Note: I did send my photos to both Niantic first and then to the Revdex.com with the response Niantic gave me after viewing all my photos which in a court of law a judge would grant me my account fixed because I have valid non touched screenshots of me physically at the places I go play and there is not breach of TOS on my end, just a bunch of baby players crying they lost a gym just like the other night I was amused by another team while I was at the *** Library taking down the gym and my life was threatened and I had to call the RCMP I Can even get statements from security where I go because parks have a closing time due to safety but because pokemon go isn't meant for people who are handicap, they let me or my husband drive around *** *** Park between certain hours to play safely If Niantic wants to know why I go to *** *** park it is because it has a three nest section because the park is split into three different names and is close to home

I am unable to access my Pokémon Go game after having my phone stolen, I still have the same phone number but when I download the game it has me create a new accountI have years invested in playing this game and even spent $ doing soThey tell me they cannot assist me for security reasons because I cannot remember my user and passwordThey should be able to verify with my phone number, date of birth, and avatar nameI cannot get anyone to help me and have contacted google play store as wellThis is very unfair and this is the worst customer service I have ever experiencedI just keep getting the same email responses every time I explain what happened

We contacted Niantic Labs customer service in regards to having issue with there application and being disconnected when trying to access the game we where no longer able to logonSupport informed us that we did an infringement against there gaming policy just by getting a network error? I asked no other responses where sent from there teamI asked then if they could not back up info on how we went against there policy that they could also reimburse me for the $of app products I purchased plus the corporate addressNo response was made at all from there team which so I assume they felt without further research for there product miss fault that we some how broke there rules but also can take my money and not refund it back, nor give info that was requested from a customer

Last night the game was super buggy, I got a Riolu (pokemon from specific 10km egg walk or trade) finally, opened my meltan box walked around saw no meltan (specific pokemon offered with the box) for weeks but pokeball plus saw them so I couldn't click on it at all restarted my game cleared my cashe then tried to catch still nothing then after the box was done gave me a network error allowing me to only catch meltan and eating my rioluI contacted them told them everything gave them screenshots as proof the only thing they did was give me lures and incense, I complained and told them I want my meltan boxes reset and riolu not lures and incenseAll they said was maybe its your cell network and stop responding to my emails

After I purchase some in-app itemsThe company block my account without any explanationI already submit the information to proof that I am not cheating or manipulate the gamesThey didn't even reply me backThey also change the term and condition about 3rd party appsTheir server is suck and down for half of the time and when I activate the item to use, their server is down againI request to un-banned my account or give em the full refund

Very poor and almost non existent customer serviceThe application that I have used created by this company has been having many glitches and server issuesMy issue with Niantic, Incis not the issue with the quality of the app as much as it is with the serviceI had made several in-app purchases, spending read money, which a lot of has gone to wasteI had submitted an online complaint and sent emails, and have only received a computer generated response with no actual effort by the company to contact me or address the issue
