This company has terminated my account after I have invested a large amount of money and time into playing the game "Pokemon go" that they have developedI have traveled to many of their event and have spent alot of money on in game purchases only to be accused of violation of their termsSo all of the money and time I have invested into their game and stock is now lost only because they believe I might of "violated their terms without giving me any kind of proof" I only wish for them to reinstate my account without any alterationsI sent years and over $6,dollars traveling to events and in game purchases I only ask to have my account that I have spent alot of time and money to acquire to be reinstated.Thank you

The customer service workers are nothing but robotsThey do not read the emails sent to them requesting help with the game, all they do is quote parts of their Terms and Agreements and ignore any questions asked of themI have been "soft banned" in the game, meaning that I do not have access to the full game that I have spent a fair some of money on and do enjoy playing a great dealHowever, over the past few weeks I have been accused of cheating when I have not beenAnother possibility is someone is trying to hack accounts for information, or the very extension product that they sell from the app could be triggering the warningThe company is refusing to discus why I was banned or explore any other optionI have been ignored and quoted to fro the better part of three weeks without an change in their service

I was banned from my account of Pokémon go for something I didn’t know about as I just got my account back from hackersWhen I tried to reach out they never replied except for once I have spent over $usd In there game and just want to play it againWhen I walked into there main office I was met by two really rude people and was quickly escorted out by security for no reason

I have tried to contact Niantic about issues in their game, "Pokemon Go" multiple timesEach time, I used their online Formular, and recieved an automated message about them "recieving" the complaintEach time, nothing came of itI tried to email them directly, and recieved an automated email, which stated I had sent an email to an unmonitored inbox, in which, I was told to reply to to give further Information on my issues, when availableI tried to even call their telephone number, and was told it was not in ServiceI asked multiple times after the first complaint for a Response, just stating that someone read my complaints, all of which were ignoredThese issues are related to breach of their Terms of Services from other users, which requires another user to ReportOther customers in the Areas have issued the same complaints, and had zero ResponseThere seems to be no way to contact Niantic when there are Problems or emergencies, like harassment of underaged Players

No matter how often you try and communicate with Nianic their responses are always quotes from their policies The company does not care if you have a problem or not

The developer removed a for game feature in ***In a game about tracking and finding *** they simply removed the tracking system instead of fixing a bugIt is like removing guns from a first person shooter, a core feature of the experience
There's no communication from the developer either

I am traveling through Greece and Italy for vacation with a plan to catch special regional PokémonMy account was wrongly restricted to see only common Pokémon because my activity in Greece was flagged as using 3rd party software to cheat on this gameAfter several emails inquiries about the reason, I only received generic messages indicating that my account will be restored if I follow game policyI offered Niantic staff with proof of flight tickets or search my phone for software that they claim that I used to cheat

I did not receive an email from Niantic, I have checked all of my email accountsThey informed me that this is the email that is connected to my Pokémon account so I have no idea what email they sent a response to but have even checked my deleted emails to make sure I haven't missed itDo you know if this is the email address they would have responded to?

This company releases product that is marketed as top notch and ready to goThe product is the exact oppositeReports of any kind, ie emails, letters by snail mail, social media platforms, etc are being completely ignored and without lack of tryingThis is a horrible company that only releases in order to participate in micro transactions, robbing innocent consumers without a care in the worldThis company is not even *** accredited but I along with several hundred others are completely appalled and downright tired of how we are being treated by the individuals of this companyMay your company go down and never come up again

I have been playing Pokemon GoI've spent real money on the gameA game that honestly doesn't even workThe servers are constantly downItems go missing or never get receivedThe game freezes quite literally - times every ten minutes forcing a restartNiantic has refused to acknowledge almost any of it's complaints or bugs that have been reported by millions of usersThey have not responded to my requests for replacement of my lost and unreceived items, nor have they provided me with any way to contact them and request a refund for the coins I bought on a game I have uninstalled and am actively boycottingThis is a disgusting company

Company produces mobile applications, but does not seem to provide support or assistance Had issues with in game purchases, ignored by the company, no response received Made purchases based on game marketing only to find out the game would be changed after purchases were made, between server instability and buggy software, everyone should probably be requesting refunds Based on the complete silence from Niantic, it feels like they don't care in the slightest

As I do sometimes I purchase in app coins to participate in a event they have from Time to timeThis weekend I spent some more money for this event and I find out that Saturday morning a lot of my 'pokeballs' and 'berries' are missing from the gameIn Niantics Pokemon game you purchase more space for Pokemon and items and I was very upset to say the least to find all of my items missingThe night before I went to sleep I turned off my phone, I approximately had over regular *** great *** and Ultra *** I also had a bunch of berries about razzberries pineapps and nabnabs which are all gone as wellCustomer service replied to myself blaming me for the mishap and I was fully responsibleI googled to see if anyone else had my problem and there are many message boards with people like myself that Niantic refuses to help or credit backIt's a glitch in their app that they refuse to fixIt might also be a result of "being hacked" which they have no resolutions fo

Months ago Niantic released a statement that they were updating their EX Raid pass logistics to specifically target trainers who have never had a chance to have oneThey laid out the requirements That were supposed to make it easier to achieve finding the ex passes for the trainers as wellHowever most of it was a ploy just to get you to buy more passes for raids which would not have been a problem had it actually workedHowever since the update I have watched the same people getting more raid passes while I do the same raids at the same time as them and get skippedI have tried sending them communications about the concerns however all they do is brush it off with generic messages and tell me to keep tryingThere is no number or live person to speak with which is a red flag to me because I do not understand why I can not speak with anyone and they tell me they can not correct the fact I nor others I am close with get these passes even though we did EVERYTHING that was instructed

Hey have the worst customer service and resolution in history of mankindFirst, they use incredibly vague terms and make the game called Pokémon Go virtually unplayableSecond they keep accusing people of “cheating” and using “third party app” and will not listen to anything stating contrary even when provided with evidences to the contraryThey will not make adjustments and continues to insult people with their canned reply

I recently received an improper ban on their product, which I do spend money onThe ban was based on an assumption, which has also affected others, but I speak for myselfMoney is also lost, and again its all based off assumptions, there was no notification or warnings, no research done either
