Pokemon Go sometimes does not give me coins when it shouldI use a lot of personal money, time and resources to receive what I am obligatedIt is not just me with the problemOther people with different devices have the same problemI strongly believe the problem is known but nothing is done about it for greed and profit reasons because these coins are worth a lot of money

Game worked fine but now it wont let me sign in I have spent alot of money on the game and countless hour playing and you have now destroyed access to my account I am not happy about this

My complaint is in regards to the mobile app, Pokemon GoI have been daily player of this game since I started playing 7/8/Myself and my boyfriend spend a lot of time and money on the gameOn 3/31, I received a pop up message when I logged into the game that told me that they have detected activity on my account that suggests that I or someone else is using modified client software or unauthorized third-party software that accesses Pokemon Go in violation of the terms of serviceEvery time I start the game, I get this pop upI contacted Niantic via email several times asking what this was for because my account is now "Shadow Banned" which means that I cannot play the game how it should be playedNiantic support is refusing to supply an answer to me on what exactly caused my account to be banned and refused to tell me how long it will be bannedTheir responses are very vague and genericI feel like this is some kind of mistake and since I put a lot of money into this game, I

Niantic labs has made the game unplayable for meThey have taken the stance of using code to prevent cheating in the game by checking for root access on android phonesI do not disagree with this, however, I do not agree to them checking all the software on my for for apps that could use root level access to operateI feel this is an invasion of my privacyI paid for and use apps that can function with and without root access to backup my data and have been blocked from playing their game, Pokemon Go, with the software installed

I have sent in "Bug report" request to the company tons of timesThey say they want to hear form users and their experience but they refuse to fix the issues within the Pokemon Go gameDue to these issues I have lost a lot of money from my iTunes account by buying poke coins to help with my experience however, the bugs and glitches take my in game purchases away or make them unusableFurthermore, as someone who is handicapped I am unable to use my go plus anymore due to them changing the km an hour feature making me waste even more money and investment into the gameI have never experienced such a problem with an app that is free but have to pay to play type of ordeal like Clash of Clans, Clash Royal or even hearthstoneThis app is the only one that does not listen to users, has no way to contact them for such issues and I demand some type of refund either on my pokemon go account or my iTunes account

They provided a game for everyone to play But, when they got around to banning cheaters, they banned people not because they were cheating, but because someone using that IP Address was cheating That means college campuses, Starbucks, Wifi at an airport I was banned, and they won't tell me anything regarding it other than the generic E-mail I assume everyone gets, no communication, no resolution

This has got to be the worst company alive next to ** and ***They do not communicate with the customers or even interviewersThis was a really good idea but sadly the dumbest person was the one to put the game in actionWe the customers have been waiting to hear back from them and we still have NO REPLYThey don't even completely fix anything; they keep doing "updates" but still have the same glitches or we actually lose more features as the "updates" roll out
