I recently filed a Revdex.com compliant against nike because alot of their shoes have defects in them. I had 3 pairs of Jordan Retro 4's that had clear defects and I wanted Nike toEither replace them or send me a giftcard in the amount of the shoes since they won't give money back. After filing a compliant a nike rep name kelly told me to send the shoes in. I told the repa over the phone all the information they needed.Then when I sent the shoes in they sent me an email saying they cant helpMe because these shoes were "manufactured" over 2 years ago. I explained toThem that a warranty shouldnt be based on when the item was made it should be based on when the customer purchases that item. Plus you knew when it was made before you had me ship them in. Nike needs to accept that these shoes are defective and takeThem back but instead they trying to make me take a lost for shoes that cost over a hundred dollars this is ridiculous.
Nike needs to accept that these shoes are defective and take Them back. It is not my fault that these shoes were made with cheap material.

In reviewing the issues while placing an order, we recommend the following suggestions before attempting to place new orders through the SNKRS app.
 
*clearing your cache' and cookies
*uninstall the app and reinstall as it appears
 
These recommendations may be helpful if previous information is possibly stored in your SNKRS profile.

In review of the contact history with Nike options were provided to receive assistance with a replacement. Per the email received 12/21, a new order was placed for the Air Jordan XI Retro Men’s shoe and details for the shipping of the original pair to Nike World Headquarters was provided. As mentioned in the email, per our policy, we must receive the flawed/original product before the new product is sent to the consumer. Once the original pair is received the new pair is sent with expedited shipping.
 
While I understand you may not want to proceed with the replacement, you have the option of returning the product Nike.com to receive a full refund.
 
Nike.com orders placed during the holiday period can be returned for any reason within 60 days of purchase. You can use the return label included with your order if you are not completely satisfied. However, if you wish to go forward with the receiving the replacement, please use the prepaid label provided for sending the original order to Nike World Headquarters. The new pair will be sent upon receipt with courtesy Next Day Air shipping.
