I’m just following up to your 7/14/16 response via the Revdex.com regarding not having received your Nike Gift card issued 7/22/16.  We regret the delay in a written response to your inquiry.  Per the contact history an internal email was sent and voice message left on 8/1 regarding your gift card.  In review of the gift card transaction it was successfully received and redeemed on 8/6/16.

While we are unable to determine if the issue is a flaw without a physical inspection, please know Nike stands behind all...

products for material and manufacturing flaws. We rely on and authorize the retailer to assist consumers with their flawed product. If the retailer is unable to assist our claims inspection process is offered as a back up. Consumers have the option of returning their product to Nike for the claim inspection process (see Nikeclaims.com).
Nike does not offer product replacements or refunds. These options must be obtained through the original place of purchase. As a one-time courtesy I’m offering to provide a $45.00 Nike Gift Card. The shorts will need to be returned to my desk to receive the gift card. Once received I will send a Digital Nike Gift Card to the email address [redacted]. Please use the attached shipping label for mailing your product directly to Nike World Headquarters.

In review of your contact to Nike, it appears the date of manufacture of the Nike Air Monarch’s is 6/19/13. Therefore, it is highly likely the issue of concern is not a result of a material or manufacturing flaw, rather is due to the age of the footwear, the flex agents, polyurethane's, and footwear grade adhesives etc. which over time can deteriorate. This coupled with dry, hot conditions and where product is stored can also contribute. Additionally, to clarify regarding Nike’s claim policy, Nike does not offer a guarantee or warranty on footwear rather, products can be sent for inspection if the date of manufacture is within the 2 year timeframe. You can view this information online in Nike’s claim policy at: www.nikeclaims.com. Please know that due to the manufacturing and distribution of product from our factories to retail stores, Nike is unable to monitor retail store sale practices and the stores timeframe for selling product. While the date of manufacture of the Air Monarch’s was is well beyond the timeframe to receive inspection per our claims policy, I’ve provided a courtesy $50.00 Nike Gift card. I have contacted there corp. office and they tell me to contact Nike.. Also if I make a claim I will spend more money in shipping said items back and they will not pay for shipping of the said items back and also the always reject the claims when they are made, I saw online that many people are all saying the same things and that Nike just don't care. The reason for me contacting through the Revdex.com is because I had spoke with a rep online and pretty much he told me there was nothing he could do about it. I wish there was a way that I could have settled this without involving any one. Now the reason that the shoes do not fit is not because of my neuropathy that has nothing to do with it. I actually am a lifelong fan of nike sportswear and this is the first time I feel cheated buying a nike product. I currently own a pair of shox, reax, lebron 12s, airforce 1, rosches and jordan son of mars sneakers. All my other biles I bought 9 1/2 and wore them and still wear with  no issues. Its just these that are made with this neoprene fabric are extremely tight. Before I came to the conclusion that I did I also did research online and came to the conclusion that the shoes "run small". As posted in numerous blogs and posts that i've come across. It cannot be that everyone writing these blogs and post have issues also. I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible. If you would id like you to go online and look at the post about these types of shoes so that we may come to a conclusion. I would just really like to exchange my shoes and have this be over with if you have a trailer in my area willing to do it.
