I understand that this is a concern having purchased several styles of Nike footwear through the years.  For that reason, we contacted our Product Integrity Team about your concern with the Nike LeBron Zoom Solider and while they have not received similar size/fit feedback from retailers about this issue and style they appreciate your input.  If you have the style number for the Nike Huarache, we are glad to research the style with our team.
Since it appears that you’re unable to receive assistance through the retailer for a refund/exchange, as a one-time courtesy, I'm offering to have your Nike LeBron Zoom Solider shoes sent directly to me at Nike World Headquarters for a refund to a Nike Gift card.  With a purchase receipt we can issue the amount paid or if you do not have a receipt, we're able to offer the last sale price of the product.  A product exchange or refund will need to be obtained through the original retailer.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I have had Nike shoes in the past and RUNNING shoes should not create a hole in the toe.  The shoes still look brand new, fresh out of the box.  It is not like I have damaged them in any way.  I believe it is a defect because they should hold up longer then a few months.  I have never had so many issues with any other company.  I will mail the shoes back like you requested.  Please know that I am still very upset at the way you are handling this situation, especially for such a big company.  Sincerely,[redacted]
