We've refunded your original form of payment for the missing item, the Alejandro Nike Air Max Penny (Doernbecher) Boy's shoe, style #728591-001 sz 6.5. The item is out of stock and cannot be reshipped.
A separate email with details of the refund will be sent. Please allow from 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your banking statement, this is dependent on how quickly your card issuer posts the credit.

The manufacture date printed on the tag of the shoe for the KD VII, style #653996-004/CL CL[redacted] is 7/16/14 and is beyond the two-year timeframe to receive an inspection at our warehouse.  According to the information you’ve provided via the Revdex.com the purchase date is stated as 6/29/2017.  To provide options for assistance, if you have a dated receipt, I’m glad to assist with a one-time courtesy claim inspection and if approved credit will be issued for the MSRP value of $150.00.  If you do not have a receipt and if approved for credit, credit will be issued in the last sale price of the shoe at $63.60. Refunds or product replacements can only be issued at the original place of purchase. Credit is issued in the form of Product Voucher/Gift Card for use on Nike.com/Nike retail stores. the person who contacted me over the phone was very polite and professional I was told that I would be receiving a shipment of the Nike air max and there were going to be overnight-ed to me. Also, that I would be sent an email with the tracking information. I will be 100% satisfied once I see the package was sent out and confirmed the tracking number. As of right now I have not received that information but will wait until the end of day to confirm if that information is going to be sent to me.

your Air Monarchs.  Older versions of the Air Monarch had the potential to become squeaky, however, Nike’s Product Developers worked to correct the “squeaky noise” and we’re glad to say that it is fixed.  In regards to the denied claim, Nike’s claims process covers products that contain manufacturing or material flaws and were manufactured in the last two years.  Per the Terms & Conditions of our return guidelines and which are agreed upon when the claim is submitted, it states, "Any footwear returns that arrive more than 2 years after the manufacturing date will be returned without inspection.”  The Air Monarch received for your claim has a manufacture date of 9/13/13 and is well beyond the 2 year time frame to receive an inspection.
