This report will be simple and to the point. Do not use Non-Stop Delivery for shipment. This company has got to be the worst delivery company in the United States. I have tried to use them THREE TIMES for the delivery of a television. The first time it just never showed up and I eventually canceled the order. The second time (different t.v.), they admitted that they LOST the shipment. A SHIPPING COMPANY LOST THE SHIPMENT!! They told me to call the people I ordered the tv from. The third time (different tv), It never showed up. I am convinced that the employees are stealing the merchandise. By the way, all of these orders were made through "Purchasing Power". Purchasing Power allows employees to order merchandise from their website and pay for it through payroll deductions. Purchasing Power knows that Non Stop Delivery is unbelievebly unreliable but they continue to use them exclusively for freight shipments. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Review: I placed an order with [redacted] on August 7, 2014, It is now August 23 and my item has not arrived. When I placed this order it said the delivery date would be between August 13-20, 2014. I ordered this item as a birthday gift for someone and the birthdate has already passed. I checked the website periodically and they have changed my delivery date 3 times already. I spent over $500 for this item with tax included and this is bad business. I ordered items online all the time and from [redacted] a lot my items have always come on time. This delivery service is new to me and I should not be waiting almost a month for a package. I have ordered items from out of the country and they don't take this thing. This is not right. On the website it states that there deliveries come within 5-10 business days. I am outraged.Desired Settlement: I would like my delivery to be upgraded from the basic home delivery to the White glove home delivery.

Review: This delivery company did not deliver the items specified! It used delay tactics, even canceling the order at one point because it was "lost in shipment." Finally they said it was damaged in shipment, but who knows what really happened. This company was supposed to deliver furniture I purchased from another company. The company I originally purchased the furniture from did refund my money after I canceled the order as I had waited too long and felt I was being stalled by one or the other business!Desired Settlement: Revdex.com records this company as having poor and possibly even no service--that it might be a front for a scam!

NonstopDelivery would like to apologize for inconveniencing the customer with a delayed and damaged shipment as well as lack of communication that resulted in a poor delivery experience. We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, and in this rare case, we provided less than satisfactory service.

Review: Tracking Number(s): [redacted], [redacted], ###-###-####, Can't get my order delivered to me and my local non stop delivery, doesn't seem to be returning calls. They first contacted me on Tuesday June 3rd to set up a delivery appointment. We set the appointment for the next Tuesday 06/10/14 between the hours of 12 o'clock and 4 o'clock. I waited till 5 o'clock before calling to check on it. I was told to hold on while they contact the driver to see where he was at.When they came back they side a mistake was made and when they called me last week (06/03/14) the product wasn't in the warehouse and that it had just arrived that day. We set the appointment for the next Tuesday 06/17/14 between the hours of 12 o'clock and 4 o'clock. I waited till 5 o'clock before calling to check on it.This time I was told that they wasn't sure they had the product and they needed to look into it and give me a call back, NO CALL.

NonstopDelivery received the attached Revdex.com ID: [redacted] ([redacted]) via USPS. I have also attached a copy of the complaint.

In response to the attached complaint, NonstopDelivery sincerely apologizes to **. [redacted] for the delay on his shipment. As **. [redacted] stated, our local delivery terminal in [redacted] failed to complete the delivery as scheduled multiple times. The mower was finally delivered to **. [redacted] on 6/24.

Due to the multiple service issues on this order, disciplinary action is being taken against the responsible parties. The order should have delivered during the original scheduled delivery date.

Regarding the pay dispute of $1581.46, NonstopDelivery is not able to credit **. [redacted] for the cost of the mower because the product did deliver after this complaint was filed. Once again, NonstopDelivery sincerely apologizes for the multiple delivery issues on NonstopDelivery behalf.
