subscription in May 2014. This action successfully cancelled the account according to our records. She states that she has been charged monthly since then, and has been in contact with us via email 3 times in total. In response to each email query we have requested certain required details (account information, order information, etc.), which she has not provided. We have received no response from her to any of our emails. Prior to this complaint, we had no alternate contact info for this customer. Now that we have a phone number, we have followed up with her by phone to resolve the issue directly.As a point of clarification, all Noom billing is done through secure, third-parties, such as [redacted]. Because of this, we are unable to access any information about customers' orders or accounts without the details given to them directly by the third-party biller.

inconvenience. It turns out, I canceled your subscription AFTER the funds were already being processed to be deducted on the [redacted] of February (the end of your two week trial). I just refunded your purchase. If I could give 0 stars I would do so. I signed up for a free trial earlier this week. When I downloaded the app I was asked to log in with my email, but the app does not recognize my email. There is no phone number listed for support and neither of my emails has been responded to. I will be reporting this company to the New York Revdex.com and, if needed, will get my attorney involved if this is not resolved.

I cannot contact these people. I have tried to cancel my subscription too. they make it impossible. NEVER click on anything noom. very dangerous scam.

I have not accepted the terms and conditions, have no user and have been charged with an amount of $99, which I didn't even get sn invoice for or any information what it represents. I want my data deleted from the data base of this strange company and I want refund.

My satisfaction rating is zero. I tried signing up for services and kept getting an error message. Two weeks later I am getting charges from the company, but have never received anything. Ie being signed up for a coach. Articles promised. Etc. Tried calling their corporate number listed on the web and all you get is a message sending you back to their website. I am disputing their charges with my bank. Appalling service.

They did not tell me it was subscription. They have no contact phone number. I do not have a compatible device for their program. I need to cancel and get a refund. Have notified pay pal.

Completely false and deceptive business practices. They don't tell you it's a subscription and they don't let you cancel. I've been filing complaints and contacting them regularly and have gotten no response. Beyond upset and sickened to see so many other people having the same problem. Talking to my lawyer.

My wife Bonnie Vest (Access Code - KZNI1JAG) asked her consultant to cancel her subscription and they said they would - We were charged $129 anyhow. We have emailed support again, but have been unable to get anyone to respond. Please respond appropriately by removing the charge.

I am having a heck of a time getting this trial cancelled. It gives you directions to do it on my iPhone and the damn "subscriptions" button doesn't exist! This is a racquet. Don't fall for it.
I do not want this. They have my credit card. And there is no way to get in touch with ANYONE. I have tried to remove it from my phone. Cancel the subscription. It doesn't work.

I've sent emails, asked my coach, and my goal specialist to help me through the cancellation process and have been met with silence. The link to email the company to cancel was not valid, and I received a message from google stating that it was not a valid address...it's a link! I've now been charged and want a refund!

Review: I cancelled my subscription to Noom.com/pro in April and I received a cancellation notice from [redacted] stopped charging me for the subscription, but then Noom started charging me monthly using my debit card for an automatic payment. I emailed them and they assured me that the subscription had been cancelled and yet they still keep billing me. I have emailed them every month explaining my situation, including a copy of my cancellation notice from [redacted].They have taken $9.99 a month for 7 months now and I would like a refund and make them stop taking money out of my checking account.Desired Settlement: I want all the money back that was taken out of my checking account since the cancellation of the subscription, and stop them from taking any more money from the account as well.

Review: I bought a year subscription of Noom Coach Pro 7/*/14 when I had an Andriod phone. I upgraded my phone on Friday 1/*/2015 and gor an Iphone. Noom said that transitions my Pro Account would be no problem but there are problems and I haven't received fast responses. My husband sent emails to the Noom support team over the weekend about transitioning my account onto my Iphone they responded Monday 1/** but hadn't resolved the issue. Today they responded but I still didn't get my Pro Account back and on top of that they linked my account to my husbands email which I have no access to. I want them to restore my account using my email: [redacted]Desired Settlement: Either transition my Pro Account using my email to my Iphone or give me a refund of half the cost of the app which would be $17.50.
