When I signed up for the two week trial I didn’t think that Noom wasn’t going to work for me. I’ve tried every diet plan on this earth (a few worked but I could never keep the weight off) so I read up on Noom and I put in the two weeks, weighing in and logging all my foods.
I am in the same situation... I am tired of being told to contact support! This is a rip off in my opinion. We need to be called to see if you had time to even use the stupid program.
