I never downloaded any app or ever logged on. I don't even know how to log on. I never received any emails saying I subscribed or telling me how to log on to the account yet you charged me 99.00 and now apparently refuse to answer my emails. I have never had such awful customer service. EVER! I gave 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to give zero.

I have looked everywhere to cancel my subscription with noom. I was charged on my card and I do not want to do this after I just had surgery. The end of my free trial was January 12 and I deleted the app. I can't download it again to cancel it. I was charged and my visa said to contact you first to make sure you take the charge of $138.35 for Noom Plan ID -3T3ST2 subscription.

I to have been a victim of the $149.00 charge when all I wanted was to try the service for $1.00 as a trial, I requested a full refund and my req. fell of def. ears. They claim they could not refund my money. No my credit care company is hounding me for payment, I explained the unauthorized charge and they claim they cannot reverse the charges.I have to contact Noom, what a crock im pist they cannot just take my money... The commercials are still running on TV, I think I'm going to (9 OnYourSide) and suggest you all do to... This is organized theft...

I will clarify and indicate that my money was refunded BY MY BANK because I placed a FRAUD hold on my account This necessitated me having to get new debit/credit cards I also now have to go through all of the fraud alert paperwork hassle that comes with that Next, with regard to "where I got the phone number" *** Noom Their phone number and address in NY comes up Call the number You will get an automated response that tells you to emai* *** for assistance That email is a fake.To disingenuously claim that it was a processing delay is insulting I contacted every support venue I had (e.ggoal specialist Rachel E, Group Facilitator Araxie) pursuant to your guidelines All I got was no response from them, a "ghost" phone number and email, and an unauthorized charge on my account.You should NOT be charging accounts unless you know for a fact they are outside of the trial period and have not cancelled I have also now spent almost hours of my past two work days trying to deal with this situation Your reviews on *** (which I was a fool to have not read prior to trying your scam of a product) speak for themselves I am not the first person you have done this to, and I won't be the last which is why I went to Revdex.com I sincerely hope your company is sanctioned for its fraudulent conduct So yes, I'm still unhappy Time and money I won't get back But largely I want your company held responsible for its actions.Regards, *** *** ***

I signed up for 14 day trial. After reviewing the web and app, I decided to cancel. Do you think there was a way to cancel!?!? No. The blue chat bubble and trying to correspond with the coach, and calling their number...….nothing worked. I reported them to BBB as a SCAM company. I also went to my bank and got a new card. They won't be able to charge me now. I recommend calling you credit card company or bank to make sure they can't charge you. Navy Federal Credit Union cancelled my card and issued me a new one. Hope this helps!

I signed up for a 14 day trial period and decided to cancel before that period ended. They went ahead and billed me $149 and said I had to cancel with my coach. I did that, but was billed for $149 again! So far they have billed me for $278. I was able to dispute an additional $149 with my credit card company and got that back. I want my $278 back. Please be responsible, Noom. This business practice is simple robbery!

I cant install noom right now. I'm having trouble with my phone I need to cancel at this time.

NOOM IS A SCAM! Don't even LOOK at it. I never completed my transaction and even sent a questioning email, and SURPRISE! - found a $149.00 charge on my statement. They have made it impossible to communicate with them, so I am disputing it through my bank. SHAME ON THEM!

Noom is a scam. I did not even authorize nor finalize an order with this company and my account was charged $149.00. To this day, I have not ever received any product. These people should be ashamed. I cannot believe I fell for this. I have sent multiple emails and got one response telling me I would not be refunded as my 14 day trial was expired. I emailed back explaining that I never even received any products. I asked for them to cancel and send me a refund and have never heard a word back from them.

I signed up for the $1 trial. Then realized I really was not interested. I never loaded the app or took any further action. 14 days later, there was a charge for $129 on my credit card. I sent an email to 'support' to ask for a refund and was told that I had missed the date for cancelling. Because I never loaded or used the app, and did not receive any notification about the charge, the company should issue a refund. I consider their actions to be fraudulent. I have emailed the support person back and forth a few times. Still waiting to see if I can get resolution.
