I've see that I'm one of many persons that feel stolen by Noom. I've never use the application, so I want a refund. I'm not familiar with the application. There's no option for cancel the subscription, and you don't ask for a confirmation before charge us that amount of money!. Of course, this is a cheating, I have never accept to pay that amount of money, is you are really a honest company, you should have to change this kind of cheating. I can imagine, how much money you took like this, and that's not fair. So, I hope a refund will be done for me.

Like others, I was charged with no notice, no "blue bubble" tried going through app to [email protected] and got a server error. I WANT MY $$ back ASAP. Customer experience is among the worst I've ever seen.

Signed up for a 6 month membership and was only active on the app for about a month of it. I was unaware that it would auto renew itself after 6 months. 3 days ago got a notification from PayPal that I paid Noom an additional $149 (never received any kind of receipt or notification from Noom) so I cancelled which only keeps it from charging me again in another 6 months. I emailed support for a refund and have not heard anything back from them.

Started well but when I got pregnant the coach said they could no longer work with me and that my subscription would be repaid to me. That was March and I am still waiting in May! Unable to find any way of contacting Noom and my coach just says it’s nothing to do with her. Sooo frustrating.

Trying to cancel my subscription before the deadline and shockingly the blue conversation bubble and the Consierage options are no where to be found. In my search to find an actual customer service number ... again shocker no actual customer service number. What a scam !

I’m so disappointed. I was going to sign up and even gave my PayPal info but then I seen it was $129 and decided against. I did download the app to cancel right away, but when I tried to sign in it said I didn’t not have the right email. So then I emailed the support team and told them this happened and and I did not want my account charged. I received an email stating that they could not find my email either and to send them my paypal acct, this was after I received an email with a receipt for $129. Right away I tried contacting noom again and I just get emails saying they got my emails. It’s very frustrating and I would like a recund

The first time we ever received an email from this customer was late March regarding issues she was experiencing signing in to the app. We have no record that this customer attempted to cancel her subscription, either through Support or through the coach she was assigned. The first email we got...

they mentioned, we are unable to locate a second charge made to the card we have on file for your account. The only charge we are able to locate is the initial charge that went through in June of this year. If you're sure you were charged a second time by Noom, it is possible you have two active subscriptions. Please respond to our Support Team's email at your earliest convenience, they will be happy to help issue a refund if you no longer wish to continue using your Noom subscription! We apologize it wasn't clear that your subscription would renew. We issued this customer a refund a few days after they requested one. We have record of this that I've attached to this complaint, including the date we issued a refund and the date she was charged. We suggest she contact her bank to find out why the credit hasn't been applied to her account.
