I am rejecting this response because:The problem is a billing error that State Farm REFUSES to fix. Currently totaling $83.50They overbilled me for the last 6 month policy period by NOT adjusting my policy to reflect removing an accident.I intend on getting this money back if I have to take them to Small Claims court.

I have attached a document that gives a history on this account back to 2015.  There have been 2 times now that the insured did not notify us of a vehicle change at the time the change was to have been done; once in May 2016 which we were notified of in March 2017, and the other in October 2016...

I am rejecting this response because: State Farm contacted me via a voice mail to return call to Kenneth on Monday November 13,2017 I call the number that was left on the  voicemail I got transfer 3 times in 22 min my lunch break is 30min so by the time a claims person came to the phone...

my lunch break was over. I talk to a man who gave me another number an advise me it was a direct number to his office I call the number on Thursday the voicemail said he will be out of the office for 2 days I got a lady who I told I was sick of  the running around that is all I seem to get from state farm ,then on November 17,2017 I got a email from Andy [redacted] who want me to call state farm lawyer more running around sending me a email that said the policy for the 2014 Avalon was taken out in 2012. that doesn't make any sense. I need state farm to do a through investigation an then contact me an stop giving me work to do also stop giving me run around.

After further research, the complainant’s cell number was tied to a lead under another consumer name ([redacted] for an auto quote request on March 7. The State Farm agent received the lead from a third party internet lead provider – Everquote. The agent purchased the lead information in good faith from Everquote. Since Everquote provided the lead to the agent, only Everquote can research and respond as to the source of the information provided in that quote request. If additional source information is needed, the consumer should be directed to contact Everquote at: 210 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02139, 855-522-3444. The Everquote Lead ID is 23300236-L-95399219--7813589 - this number is needed for EverQuote to research. The complainant also requested calls stop on his roommates cell number, but did not provide the roommates name. After researching, the second phone number (roommate) was associated with consumer, [redacted] at a [redacted], New London address when he came through with a quote request a few years ago. Since the name and address on the lead prior matched the latest quote request from EverQuote, our system associated the second phone number to the prospect record that was created for the agent. It is not possible for us to know why the name and address on the prospect record does not match that of the complainant in his complaint filing. Only EverQuote can speak to the information they obtained and sold to the State Farm agent. We hope this is a satisfactory resolution and this issue can be closed. I am rejecting this response because:
I received a call from the prior agent and he was rude and unwilling to assist with their error in giving me incorrect information...aka telling a lie. He even started to raise his voice and I told him there was no need and he stated the conversation was over. I have proof of their lie...but they refuse to correct the issue. Attached is the email with them stating my rate would drop in December of last year...which he said he couldn't view
