Its pretty simple. They still haven't returned all of my money. And I haven't heard from any of them for several weeks. In fact when I tried to follow up with "executive customer support" to see why I hadn't heard back I got told "oh would you just shut up" and the rep hung up on me. So now, not only have I been ripped off, but they aren't even doing anything to fix the problem

I was sent a letter to contact the SFPP Department and speak with [redacted]. All she did was repeat what they initially sent me in letter, "they would not pay the 250 dollars in DMV fees." Because of the lack of communication by the [redacted] office, I am being penalized and forced to pay fees that happened because my State Farm rep had no answers to my questions and were incompetent in carrying forth State Farm policies. I will never recommend State Farm to anyone, they are not * "good neighbor." It is very sad that now the SFPP department can call me regarding things with my account, but when this whole ordeal transpired they wouldn't give me the time or day. They are horrible at doing business and need to tae a hard look at who they entrust to carry the State Farm name on their sign, because if they have several offices like the [redacted] office in [redacted], ** their business wont last.

-I never read in the policies of State Farm that a quote was given as long as their system caught up with changes.
-This letter makes a great point to list the dates of changes but fails terribly in their response to my cancellation date. I called and cancelled on Jun 30th to be effective Jul 1st. The State Farm office contacted me on Jul 15th to start the processing!!! No wonder this terrible excuse for a company doesn't perform even at the most easy tasks.
-This letter was generated by [redacted] who is a Team Manager who I can only guess doesn't stand behind his investigating due to the fact he lists the very office that I am complaining about as a point of contact for further questions.
-There was not one point made in the letter other than State Farm has horrible processing systems and will not sit down and take the time to settle all your complaints. This was just another brush off letter generated by overpaid management in a trainwreck of a company. 5 year olds give better customer service at a lemonade stand..

I am rejecting this response because:
I have not be contacted by anyone at State Farm nor do I have any missed calls or messages from them as well.
I have attached a copy of the original email stating my rates would go down...but I am unable to attach a second document where I am told by my new agent "I wish I could be more help in this situation, but the information that the other agent’s office provided you in the email
attachment, is not correct. They are correct in saying accidents/violations hold accountability for three years. But, good
driving discounts, if not eligible for at inception of policy, don’t get added to the policy once the accident/violation reach
the three year mark. The discount gets added once the policy is three years old. As long as the policy stay’s accident
free for three years, you’ll see a AFD-3 added to your policy at the policies three year anniversary."
