I am rejecting this response because:
Again, the agent simply charged me months for full coverage insurance on a vehicle that was not owned or controlled by meThe agent was provided with a copy of the contract showing the vehicle in question was traded in and a new one needed to be covered and her office was the responsible agentThe insurance office has failed to do what was necessary and change vehiclesThe agent continues to blame me or the dealership when the agent is at fault and continued to charge me for a vehicle that wasn't ownedAfter years of being a LOYAL State Farm customer, I have never had any issues or problems with the company until I switched to this agentyears of being a loyal responsible customer and I end up having trouble two vehicles within months of each other due to this agent and the officeI believe it is reflection of the agent not doing what is suppose to be doneSo, the "second" which is NOT in question is just proof to show the agent neglected to do what was suppose to be doneThe vehicle in question went months without lien holder contacting the agent because like us, they were under the assumption the agent had done what they were suppose to doEven after we caught the error of the agent and contacted them, they continued to charge us for another week or so knowing they had made a mistake for months.Obviously, the agent is unwilling to take any responsibility as a business owner and State Farm representative to refund me for the months of charges for a vehicle I didn't ownThis is an example of what type character and unethical corrupt business the agent is operatingThere is no reason I should have had to pay for a vehicle someone else owns and operatesAlong with my FULL months refund with interest and fees (as they would charge), I would like State Farm Corporate to be involved with this complaint and I will be contacting the State the agent operates in to report the unethical, corrupt type business that is being operated

This letter is the same as all the other letters and I customer did call back and there was NO answerI will call againThe letter sent on March 5....today is March and I have not received anythingI would advise the underwriting department to check their dates before sending emails or business responses outThis has happened several times with datesI understand that this is not important to you State Farm but it is to meI have insurance through USAA which is much better but the fact that you did me dirty by canceling my insurance is just appalling to meI did everything I was suppose to do and your agent is the one who did not....but as usual the customer pays for the fault of the agentBad business and I know you are not going to do anything since this has been going on since Octplease just leave me alone and do not ever send me anything from your office - I'm done with your shenanigansYou are dismissed.......btw I have all email transactions from the Hinton agent and all the ones you have sent - including the emails you deleted in MY State Farm inbox....yes I made copies before I made the complaintSo just go away.....I will use them if need be

Our office completed a request to start an auto policy for Ms*** on 1/31/18. That request was completed and the policy added to a monthly account for Ms*** on that day. The client did not come into the office or call to pay for the policy until 2/2/18. Due to the fact that
Ms*** didn’t pay for the policy until 2/2/18, the application should have been changed to the date of 2/2/18. This was an oversight by our office before submitting the application. Due to this, the insured was being billed for the month of January. After a conversation with Ms*** and another office employee involved, we have submitted the request to change the effective date of Ms*** policy. This will in turn correct the billing. I am rejecting this response because:
They state a "satisfactory decision was made", however, it was not satisfactoryAs of today the only contact I have had from State Farm is receipt of a letter dropping my policy and a phone call saying they can do that if they wantEvery attempt I made at getting it resolved yielded the same responseFrom my agent, "I didn't do itYou'll need to call customer service at the number." From customer service, "We can do that if we want." State Farm attempted to force me to lie and add someone to my policy that did NOT live with me and was pointless to addThey demanded I prove this person did not live in my home, regardless of how many times I explained to them that I cannot prove someone doesn't live in my homeThey demanded utility bills in this person's nameI explained that it was not possible for me to get these itemsI provided the address I had for this person along with a phone number to reach her atState Farm refused to contact her to obtain this information. The last conversation I had with State Farm, they changed their story and told me they had contacted this person, but in multiple previous conversations I was told they would not contact herI was a loyal customer that paid my bill on time for over yearsState Farm refused to reinstate my policy until the last conversation when I had already retained another insurance companyThe last representative I spoke with told me multiple lies, including what department she works inThis representative claimed I had "plenty of time" to find another insurance companyWhen I explained that I did not have "plenty of time" and asked her how I had time when I was given two weeks, she informed me that the time started on the day they wrote the letterThe last time I checked anything mailed via USPS does not instantaneously arriveI informed her of this, mailing time does not count, she held fast that it does count. I was told (by two different people) that I would receive a reimbursement equal to the amount of the last paid month, but have yet to receive thatIf you are consider allowing someone that is not on your policy to drive your vehicle, you better notOtherwise, State Farm will do the same to youIf you are with State Farm, cancel your policyThey do not follow their guidelines, do not pay claims, find loopholes, will not send reimbursements (even when they say they will) and will terminate your policy without regard to time or inconvenience to youI think this insurance company needs to be closed, permanently

I am rejecting this response because:
They have not indicated that they will reprimand the insurance agency involved. Mailings should contain a proper return address on the envelope stating "State Farm Insurance",NOT JUST AN INDIVIDUALS NAME! This is a corporate issue violating privacy rights and TOTALLY DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. State Farm needs to stop their deceptive advertising practices
