He asked that I forward to him some information pertaining to the account in question, so that it may aid in their investigationHe stated that he would be in touch with me today (11/21). However, I have yet to hear anything from him or anyone representing State Farm Bank, for that matter. I will call him tomorrow if there is no contact today. If there is no contact, what is my recourse in dealing with this matter?

I do not recall SFFP ever attempting to contact meIf I hadn't answered upon them calling, they surely did not leave a voice mailAs far as a wrong number, the only thing I can think of is I had received a call a week or two ago in which someone had called me and asked for "Lisa"Also, I can guarantee that they had NOT attempted to contact me thru written communication (no mail and no email). I, however, had contacted the SFFP department on May 26th in which they advised the local State Farm had never put in a request for a refundThat was the same day I had contacted the local office (Brian Schlesinger, State Farm) and spoke to Ms Livings who advised she would contact SFFP herself and call me backShe did notI would like to note that MsLivings was rude and prior to hanging up, I overheard her say, "I don't have time for this..." I later left a message for Mr ScheslingerHe failed to call back as well.The point is, State Farm have continued to brush me off since the beginningIt has almost been a month now. I would have NEVER obtained or stayed with State Farm knowing that my rates were increasedI was NEVER advised of an increase and because I was NEVER informed of an increase, they never gave me an opportunity to cancel.I want a refund from State Farm, the full amount that they had autodrafted from my bank account, the day after I had cancelled
