Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The statement provided by the business is correct, BUT, they did not respond to the complaint in the time given originallyI hope you can see what they didThey waited until the refund was made before they even acknowledged a complaint had been filedThe truth is that I properly requested a refund and was met with delay after delay after delay while they continued to have my funds in their controlIt took from original order date of late October, around the 27th, until the date given of July 22nd before I could access the funds that I sent them on the original order which was promised to be delivered at the longest, weeks for my productThat is months, 3/of a year they had my money and would not ever give me a truthful answer on anything except the delaysI was continuously given dates as to when product would ship only to delayed by another days for some of their "technical" issues and when that delay was met only to given another reason for another day delayAlways days and always on followed by anotherI was lied to on the original order as far as the time it would take and then only when I pursued an answer as to why the delays, I was met with a pure runaround only causing all of the delaysI have since read many posts on online sites with many, many, many dissatisfied customers who basically had the same problem with NWTM that I did, only mine took way longer that any others I read about.I feel that this company totally misrepresented itself on the ability to satisfy my order and apparently, by what I've read, many othersI think the should give this company a strong look and give it a bad review with punitive measures if possible.Also take note that I am giving an in-depth response to this issue rather than just getting my funds returned and calling it doneI do not want to see anyone else have to go through the same issues that I have dealt with for the last yearSincerely, [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] order was bought back at the current market price on 08/21/which represented a loss to him for the balance of $1, He was advised of a week time-frame for the refundHis refund check is scheduled to issue the week of 09/21/

That money should have been sent long before they declared bankruptcyThey are still taking orders so I feel I should get my refund or the very least the silver I ordered in the first place

Mr [redacted] placed an order on our website ( he checked out, he was told multiple times what the shipment window wasAdditionally, he would have had to agree to our terms and services before he could have checked outI'm sorry that Mr [redacted] chose to ignore the information that was presented to him during the order processIf Mr [redacted] does not receive his silver within our contract terms, he will be eligible for a full refundAt any time he may cancel his order, but then he will be responsible for a liquidation fee and any market lossRegards,Amelia
