This company sucks I did finally get my refund after countless attempts to reach someone

Mr***' funds cleared the bank on 08/28/ We are within the published/acknowledged ship date (i.e., not yet late) Mr***' assertions that his refund is "weeks" late is incorrect weeks from 08/28/would be at the end of November Mr [redacted] needs to inform us which option he wants as a remedy Does he want his product shipped or does he want a refund? He needs to choose one option and be prepared to anticipate shipment (of the product or the refund) in the time frame agreed to in the contract between himself and NWTM, that he acknowledged as read and understood at the time of purchase
