Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My order was fully funded, by myself. Unless funds were misappropriated, a refund should be as simple as writing out the check. I demand a full refund of my purchase immediately.

NWTM was unable to ship Mr [redacted] silver within our promised time frameAs such, he was eligible for a full refund or he could chose to wait for his product to shipMr [redacted] chose to wait for his shipmentNWTM will ship his product as soon as we are ableIf Mr [redacted] would prefer, at this point, to receive a refund, he is eligible to do soI hope this resolves any remaining issues

I ordered \ounce bars of silver on August 27, I used my debit card for the purchase of $which came out of my account immediatleyI was given a ship date of weeksIt was supposed to ship between Oct 27-Nov On Nov I got an email saying it was delayed till between Nov-NovThis made me google search NWTM an I discovered 100's of complaints on this website which scared me thinking I got took for grandOn Nov I called NWTM an was told it was gonna be delayed for daysI told them to cancel the order an take my liquidation fees which was around $I believeI was then told the to week for a refund back to my account I was flabbergasted an said fine thinking I was never gonna see my money after reading how many people havent got their money backThere is one unresolved complaint here that talks about them owing over $50000! So I called my bank an told them I wanted the debit reversedThey told me it can take up to daysI said fine at least I can get itOn the 4th of Dec I knew I hadnt paid my liquidation fees of $an paid it using my credit cardOn the 17th of Dec I called my bank to find out the status of my refund I was told they(my bank) were waiting for NWTM to release my money back to my accountI then emailed Annett Tat NWTM an she gave me a date of 12\that the funds would be released to my accountIt didnt happen so I called my bank an I was told that they havent heard back from NWTM yetSo I sent more emails to NWTM an havent heard anything from them so they are still holding my $an it has been over months even though I paid them their liquidation fees like their contract says Just release my $so it will go back in my account since I paid their liquidation fees

Consistent with our terms and conditions, if Mr [redacted] order has not shipped by August 10th, his order will be cancelled without any penalty to himRegards,Amelia

Recently I filed a complant about getting my money back after cancelling order. They have now sent me my money, so that is cleared up. They held up my money nearly two months and that is after multiple delays in shipping my order which is why I cancelled my order. Now, I have been damaged by these... delays because silver is now more expensive so it will cost me more to fill the order with another dealer. [redacted] ***Sent from my Samsung Galaxy Tab

I am hopeful this is a promise they finally keep. I find it staggering that in the response they did not have any regret or apology for the concern caused by the failed promises. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They said they would credit my account then when questioned they said their policy had changed and they had sent a check no notification to this change As of today I still do not have a the check 3-1-16.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Dear [redacted] , NWTM never received any money from Mr. [redacted] , due to being notified of two charge-backs from his credit card company. Mr. [redacted] 's credit card charge back was not disputed by NWTM (there was a 30 day window that had to expire by law). That charge-back dispute window expired on 12/23/2015. Mr. [redacted] should contact his credit card company today to verify that the funds were credited back to his account. There is nothing further for NWTM to do in this matter.

Mr***'s refund check # [redacted] in the amount of Five Thousand One-Hundred, Forty-Nine ($5,149.20) & 20/100's was cut on 01/22/ It was issued after the mail ran so it will go in the mail on 01/25/ We will amend our response to this complaint as soon as the check clears our bank Thereafter, NWTM has nothing further to do with this matter Maura

Mr [redacted] requested a refund on April and his credit was refunded in full on May

Mr [redacted] 's first delivery date was for 10/16/15, for which he received a day delay notice (the possibility for which he agreed to at the time of purchase - 07/28/date of good funds) which puts his new and final ship date on 11/16/ Mr [redacted] 's shipment will be delivered in accordance with the terms of the contract and WILL ship on or before 11/16/ According to the contract entered into by both Mr [redacted] and NWTM, we are still within the estimated shipping window

Good Afternoon,I apologize that this response got missed The resolution was that Check # [redacted] in the amount of $11,020.80, regarding Order #***, was issued on 07/17/ It cleared the bank on 07/22/

Mr [redacted] refund check # [redacted] in the amount of $4,was issued and mailed on 09/02/
