I have reached out to Mr*** to confirm his receipt of his refund check It has not currently cleared our bank I was not able to speak with him directly but I have left a message on his voice mail for him to call my direct line If he has not received it, we will place a stop payment on his check, reissue a replacement check and we will expedite shipping on the check
I am awaiting his return of my phone call and his update as to whether or not he has received the refund check

Ms*** contacted our Bullion Customer Service department on 02/15/ She was advised that her order was scheduled to ship in 5-more weeks We will do everything we can to expedite her order but we are still working on orders that were placed before hers Her expected ship
window is between 03/22/- 04/05/

statement of current factual information is not a resolution of the problem. Our order was placed with NWT Mint on September 29, - at a time which appears to have been well before the court ruling and, as I understood when ordering, was to be fulfilled in early January 2016. I am, unfortunately, not familiar with bankruptcy and reorganization, and want to know when we will receive either a full refund or the products we purchased in good faith in September

Mr***'s refund check in the amount of One Thousand Eight-Hundred Twenty-Three ($1,823.69) Dollars & 69/100's for both orders under his name was cut and mailed on 11/30/

Mr*** wasn't even placed until 7/30, so I'm sure he wasn't given a shipment window of 7/27-7/NWTM acknowledges that we have long shipment windows, mostly due to the fact that we are an actual mint and create the items that most of our customers purchaseWe do, however, try to make it
abundantly clear to our customers how long it will take before they place an order with usIf Mr*** ordered by phone, he would have been told the shipping times at least twice before placing his orderIf he placed his order online, he would have seen multiple pages establishing our shipping times before he finalized his orderIf Mr*** product is not shipped within the actual quoted time frame, he will be eligible for a refundIf he wants to cancel his order before then, he is able to do so, but per our terms he is responsible for a liquidation fee and any potential market lossAs for the lack of communication, at NWTM we do not wish to spam our customers with constant emailsSo we will send a confirmation of payment, the most updated shipping times, and then a confirmation of shipmentIf a customer would like more information, they are welcome to call our customer service department at *** Regards,Amelia

Mr*** requested his refund on 11/23/ In order for us to complete our processes, which include (1) releasing his position on the bullion we have on order, (2) confirming with shipping that the order was cancelled in their system prior to being shipped; (3) that confirmation being
generated from the shipping department and (4) being sent to our accounting department for verification and authorization of refund, it normally takes between 4-weeks We make every effort to issue refunds on or before that 4-week window
This time-frame is clearly stated in our online contracts that are required reading prior to clicking the "I have read" button
As we are an independent mint we are able to offer our customers a substantial savings on the precious metals they purchase In exchange for this deep discount, it often takes longer for us to produce bullion products than our competition This savings is often valuable enough for our customers to wait on
We apologize for the continued delay is delivery Mr***'s refund will issue on or before 12/23/
