I reached out to Mr [redacted] this morning and discussed his options with him He requested a complete refund as opposed to a partial fulfillment We are expediting payment at this time I will have an estimated issued/mailed date later todayI will call him with the same, per our discussion Maura R [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The business has evidently just now filed for bankruptcyThey have continued to run their business in the past months taking people's money with no intention of producing bullion nor fulfilling refundsThis is 'FRAUD'....They have repeatedly told me that the bullion was soon to ship or that a refund would be mailed within weeksThis was over months agoBankruptcy should not protect them from their fraudulent efforts to obtain money over the internet when they knew in advance they would pull the bankruptcy ruseThis is Criminal activity and Revdex.com should alert the appropriate authorities

Mr***'s purchase shipped on 10/20/- Tracking # [redacted] I have attempted to contact the customer to confirm receipt and delivery of items in satisfactory order, however, the phone rings a few time and then reverts to a rapid busy There is no way to leave a message

When Mr [redacted] placed his order with NWTM, he was specifically made aware of the potential for a day delayIf a customer wants to cancel an order before the end of this days, they can but they will be responsible for a liquidation fee and any market lossThese terms have been approved by the Washington Attorney GeneralIf Mr [redacted] product has not shipped by the end of the days, he will be eligible for a full refund at that point.Regards,Amelia

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: If they are in bankruptcy and I can not get my order then why are they still operating their websiteIt is apparent that they do not have the intention to send the silver or refund money to me or any of their other customers at this point, so why are they taking on more customers

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: At no point in the transaction was I required to read the terms and conditions as stated in the response by NWTM, nor was there any online indication of a short stock situation at any time prior to my payment which was timely by me Based on the only information available to me I expected that the advertised 'prompt shipment upon receipt of payment' was a legitimate statement I believe there was questionable intent on the part of NWTM to actually ship my order, this can be supported by the vast number of Revdex.com complaints that attest to similar actions taken by NWTM It is my understanding that NWTM has also been to court in the past due to numerous incidents similar to what I have encountered, yet apparently they persist, based on the high number of Revdex.com complaints within this last year It should be noted that I complained upon notification that the original shipment target was 8+ weeks from date of which is certainly not 'prompt' At best this is abuse of a customer's good faith and at worst potentially fraud I repeat my request for NWTM to act in good faith and return my full payment without any further delay Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello, This is Re: Complaint ID [redacted] I understand NWT mint has filed for bankruptcyWhat I don't understand is why they can't refund my money when they were doing business as usual through their web site as of April 11, I originally indicated I did not want a refund, just the oz of silver I paid forI'd like to amend that, and I will accept a refund at this point Does their filing for bankruptcy mean they don't have to honor orders that have been paid for? Or does it mean that I will eventually get my money back? I don't understandI had bought with them many times before, and they always got my order to me (though it took awhile)Does that filing, which had nothing to do with me, really mean they don't have to refund the $2,I have paid them? Please, please, help me

Mr [redacted] deposited the original check that cleared our bank on 08/31/15, before the stop payment could take effect The second check that was cut today has been pulled and destroyed This order is now closed

Dear [redacted] , Mr [redacted] placed his order on 10/09/2015; We received his check on 10/12/2015; Good Funds cleared for Personal Checks on 10/22/2015; the delivery window from that point is 8-weeks (12/31/2015) The 30-day delay notice was sent on 12/31/at 5:PM, [redacted] , listing his delivery date as 02/01/ This is within the terms and condition of the contract in force between Mr [redacted] and NWTMMr [redacted] was required to acknowledge and accept these clearly stated terms and conditions prior to his purchase We will update our response to this Complaint as soon as tracking information or proof of delivery is available
