Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I have reviewed the "Terms and Conditions" of our contract and it doesn't state any of the excuses NWTM provides for a 4-week delay. Here is what it does state:
"Order Liquidation Policy. When you place your telephone order, you enter into a binding contractual agreement with Northwest Territorial Mint to remit payment in full based on the prevailing market purchase price agreed upon at the time your order was placed. Should you choose to buy-back your order prior to the date of delivery, Northwest Territorial Mint will liquidate your position based on the prevailing market purchase price at the time of buy-backYou will be liable for any difference in the event of market loss. If the prevailing market price of the items has gone up since your order, Northwest Territorial Mint will pay you the higher prevailing market price for your items. However, in the event we are unable to ship your order by the date promised, we will contact you and give you the option of buying back your order based on the spot market price at that time or agreeing to wait an additional period of time for your order, which shall not be more than days. If we are unable to deliver after the additional period of time has elapsed we will pay you the full purchase price or the prevailing spot market price, whichever is higher."
It does stated: "Time of Essence. Time is of the essence in this Agreement."
There's no way a reputable business should require 4-weeks for a refund. If you can't provide the item or service as PROMISED a customers money should be refunded within a week. No of the steps you outlined should take more than a few days. As a long time customer of NWTM I'm appalled at the poor customer service. Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because it appears the company willingly delayed my shipments long before the
owner lost his lawsuit in Nevada which they are using to justify their non delivery and no refundsI question if they ever had any intention of delivering their own minted product at the time of my order or if the owner intentionally had his employees purportrate a fraud by taking orders he knew he wouldn't have to fill after bankruptcy

When Mr*** ordered Saint-Gaudens coins from NWTM, the value of each coin was somewhere between $2,and $2,(http://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/us/st-gaudens-20-pscid-70/1907-saint-gaud... all coins of that vintage are going to be
marked upI cannot recount what was said between Jim R*** and MrLacefield, but Jim is our most experienced numismatist and I can assure you that he is always thorough and transparent about productsWhat Mr*** was “told” about their value is just patently falseIf Mr*** was unsatisfied with his product at the time, he was welcome to return the coins to usBut now, almost years later, it’s too late for thatIf he is interested in selling the product back to us, I encourage him to give us a call at (*** I hope this resolves the issue. This company doesn't have a clue on
what people say at Northwest Territorial MintWhen I originally cancelled my order I asked how I'd be reimbursed the money I paidI paid by a credit card and was told by the associate " I think Alia in bullion sellers " that since I paid by credit card they'd submit the payment back to my credit cardI just checked my card online and I HAVE NOT received any paymentNow if in fact they did mail a check to me for the money, the only way I'll be satisfied is after I've received it and deposited it in to my bank and the funds have cleared
At which time I'll stop any and all action against said companyDue to the circumstances I've been put thru with this company I don't believe a word they sayIt appears they'll tell you anything that you want to hear to delay/postpone everything

company is still taking in money from people willing to buy or sell to/from them If they wish to use bankruptcy as a legal means of protection then this applies to their debtorsWhy are they still looking for customers if they are unable to pay them? If they are unable to supply me with the money for the sale of my gold bullion they can return the product to me
I have attached the original PDF's of the sales orders that predate any legal action taken against this company and request to either have my orders filled promptly or money and bullion returned
