Our detailed Initial Response to this fraudulent Revdex.com complaint is attached.Maura R [redacted] , Executive AssistantB Ross H***, CEONORTHWEST TERRITORIAL MINT Mr [redacted] admits to purchasing bullion from us online on 08/11/2015; In the check-out process he was required to confirm that he had read the “buying bullion” policies prior to completing his transaction; ‘PRODUCT INFORMATION’ https://bullion.nwtmint.com/buyingbullion.php is what we ask customers to review before they lock in pricingIf they are purchasing online they have to check a box saying that they have read, understand and agree to the terms – if they are on the phone we ask if they have and won’t move forward if they say they have not; Under each product’s order confirmation page, prior to purchase, the following language appears: “We ship within 8-weeks of good funds Please note that we must receive payment in full before we ship your product.” Within these sections of our policies, it states clearly that (1) expected delivery time is between 8-weeks from the receipt of payment and (2) there is a ten (10) day hold on all personal or business checks; Mr [redacted] admits to mailing a check for the purchase amount of $on 08/17/2015; Mr [redacted] admits to receiving an email stating his funds were cleared on 08/28/2015; In his complaint filed with the Revdex.com on 08/31/(days after his funds cleared), Mr [redacted] has made statements to wit: misrepresenting policies conveyed by NWTM Bullion Manager, Erin R [redacted] , “should have been informed” was actually “you were informed” prior to your online purchase; and misrepresenting the policies conveyed by NWTM Vault Manager, Diane E***, in that his order was not yet due to be shipped and no notice of delayed shipping was applicable to the order hours after cleared funds Mr [redacted] knew at the time of purchase: Funds would clear ten (10) days from receipt to clear based on his method of payment; Our shipment window for his purchase was between eight to ten (8-10) weeks from cleared funds; and He was entering into a legally binding contract with Northwest Territorial Mint; At the time of Mr [redacted] complaint to the Revdex.com, he knew: The price of silver has dropped since his initial purchase on 08/11/2015; His Revdex.com complaint is unfounded under the terms of the contract; His Revdex.com complaint is a frivolous attempt to breach his contract after the price of silver dropped; and His Revdex.com complaint includes proof of his attempt to profiteer in his own Customer’s Statement of the Problem, wherein he refuses to accept the buy-back terms he agreed to at the time of purchase (at the current (i.e., reduced) market price Mr [redacted] Desired Settlement terms are in conflict with the binding contract in existence between [redacted] and NWTM, to wit: He continues to refuse the terms of our buy-back clause (at the current market price of silver); He is not entitled to an IMMEDIATE refund of the full purchase price; and He is not entitled to IMMEDIATE shipping Therefore, his order will be shipped under the terms of the contract or refunded at the current market price Further, inasmuch as Mr [redacted] knows his complaint is excessively premature under the terms of the contract in existence between himself and NWTM, we request that it be removed in its entirety from our Revdex.com record and he be admonished for attempting to file a Revdex.com claim

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I simply want NWTM to refund my original purchase price of $ Please see attached agreement ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

Dear [redacted] , Mr [redacted] 's order was placed online In order to complete any online order, the customer is required to read and acknowledge our shipping, cancellation, and liquidation terms, prior to executing the purchase In response to online customers "misunderstanding" the terms, we have recently moved the language relating to shipping, delays, cancellation and liquidation to the top of the disclaimer window to avoid it being overlooked by customers simply scrolling to the bottom of the window (by passing the notices) rapidly We will do everything in our power to expedite Mr [redacted] 's order but we cannot push his order in front of other customers who are also patiently waiting As we are an actual mint, we pour our items in the order of purchase, as opposed to stocking product on our shelves This allows NWTM to sell with a much smaller mark-up Most serious investors are aware of this trade off and do not have an issue waiting, as they are assured that they will not lose their place in line and their position on the metals is protected I hope this helps to clear up any misunderstanding as to our timelines and the reason for those timelines

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: At no time have I ever initiated any telephone orders with Northwest Territorial mint I got them from the internet and I sent a check and they emailed me an acknowledgementThey e-mailed me a delay notice and I rejected the option to continue and canceled my contract, I asked MrsD [redacted] by e-mail to pass my e-mail onto the right departmentMrs D [redacted] can send me notice of delay but she cant see to it that the right department gets my e-mail cancellationHow convenientWhy didn't she pass on my e-mail , She did not say that I would be violating my contract after I told her to pass on my e-mail to the appropriate departmentThat I absolutely must call, which by the way is not written in their policysee attachedI never called anyone on my first contract which was cancelled on the same day by e-mail ,but I received the right amount that was due NOTE their policy from their website Order Liquidation Policy When you place your telephone order, you enter into a binding contractual agreement with Northwest Territorial Mint to remit payment in full based on the prevailing market purchase price agreed upon at the time your order was placed Should you choose to buy-back your order prior to the date of delivery, Northwest Territorial Mint will liquidate your position based on the prevailing market purchase price at the time of buy-backYou will be liable for any difference in the event of market loss If the prevailing market price of the items has gone up since your order, Northwest Territorial Mint will pay you the higher prevailing market price for your items However, in the event we are unable to ship your order by the date promised, we will contact you and give you the option of buying back your order based on the spot market price at that time or agreeing to wait an additional period of time for your order, which shall not be more than days If we are unable to deliver after the additional period of time has elapsed we will pay you the full purchase price or the prevailing spot market price, whichever is higher A Liquidation of Your Order "Liquidation" shall mean converting your bullion order into cash, and it may be done in one of two following ways: (1) Voluntary Liquidation of Your Order (aka "Buy-Back" of Your Order) At any time after you have fully paid for your order, even if it’s before you’ve received delivery of your bullion, you can sell your order back to us at the current market rate (2) Involuntary Liquidation of Your Order for Non-Payment If you fail to make payment in full and on time as stated herein, we shall involuntarily cancel and liquidate your bullion order as of the 11th business day after your order date We will charge your credit card depending on how the market has changed since you placed your order.Market loss or gain is calculated as the difference between your original purchase price, and the bullion London Fix closing price on the 11th business day after your order date (a) If the bullion market has gone up since you placed your order: A $cancellation fee; and you will not benefit from any gain in the market; OR (b) If the bullion market has gone down since you placed your order: A $cancellation fee; plus the market loss on your order computed at the closing price for your bullion on the London Metals Market Fixing for the 11th business day after you placed your order Sincerely, [redacted]
