Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The sales person at the time of the sale told me that when my check...

cleared they would purchase my silver and put it on a shelf waiting for it to be minted and I prepaid for the service of the coins being pressed and shipped. I was in no way a creditor to the company therefore my transaction should not be combined with the court actions. I would like to know when the company claimed bankruptcy.   It is my intention to receive a refund in full as the resolution.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: NWT did not clearly indicate the shipping date and delayed extension in the terms and conditions which covered 4 pages. NWT implies they would only extend to 30 days if they had a problem obtaining the silver. Why would they have a problem obtaining silver when it is not in short supply? This is a deliberate attempt to play the futures market in silver for NWT profit. Delay shipment if the price goes up then cancel the order, if it goes down ship the order. 70 days to ship is FRAUD. A reasonable vendor would ship the merchandise in a timely manner. This violates US Commercial Codes.Sincerely,[redacted]

This company sucks.  I did finally get my refund after countless attempts to reach someone.

Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, it should be noted that the North West Territorial Mint knew/or should have known that they could not deliver the silver in the amount of time advertised. They had my money for 3 months and 6 days and failed to deliver four 100 ounce silver bars. When I elected to take the full refund I had to wait an additional 53 days before I finally received my money. Thank you Revdex.com for making things happen.Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear [redacted],Mr. [redacted] placed a charge back on his credit card after the drop dead date for a refund, on 11/20/15.  He has his refund in full and had it in full the day before he placed his Revdex.com complaint, making his “Desired Settlement” moot as he took matter into his own hands and placed the...

charge-back himself, prior to filing his Complaint.  There is nothing else for NWTM to do in this regard.As we are an actual Mint, and not a stock store, we offer bullion at a much lower price than those businesses that keep items on the shelf.  Consequently, it often takes us longer to fulfill orders.  To most buyers, the savings is worth the wait.We attempt to provide prompt refunds within the guidelines of the contracts we have enforce with our customers.  Mr. [redacted] chose to breach that agreement by placing a charge-back on his credit card before the time for to issue his refund had expired.

Dear [redacted],Mr. [redacted] requested a refund on 11/10/15, the same day he filed this Revdex.com complaint.  His refund will issue within 4 weeks of his refund request (our stated/written/agreed refund window is 4-6 weeks) but we will do everything in our power to expedite it to the shorter side of this...

window.This Revdex.com complaint was filed prematurely in light of the sales contract in existence between NWTM and [redacted], that anticipates a 4-6 week timeframe for liquidating the customer’s position on the metals and completing our internal processes.We do everything we can to satisfy our customers within the guidelines of our contract.  This is one of those times where a customer feels compelled to file a complaint within the expected timeframe for a refund, in an attempt to jump ahead of other refund requests.While we understand this customer’s frustration with the terms he agreed to, we cannot in good conscience, allow him to bully other customers out of their place in line by virtue of having filed a Revdex.com complaint.His refund will be processed in accordance with the existing contract between NWTM and [redacted] and will be issued on or before 12/10/15.

I ordered 2 \100 ounce bars of silver on August 27, 2015. I used my debit card for the purchase of $3088 which came out of my account immediatley. I was given a ship date of 8 weeks. It was supposed to ship between Oct 27-Nov 6. On Nov 6 I got an email saying it was delayed till between 23 Nov-30 Nov. This made me google search NWTM an I discovered 100's of complaints on this website which scared me thinking I got took for 3000 grand. On 23 Nov I called NWTM an was told it was gonna be delayed for 30 days. I told them to cancel the order an take my liquidation fees which was around $220 I believe. I was then told the 4 to 6 week for a refund back to my account I was flabbergasted an said fine thinking I was never gonna see my money after reading how many people havent got their money back. There is one unresolved complaint here that talks about them owing over $50000! So I called my bank an told them I wanted the debit reversed. They told me it can take up to 90 days. I said fine at least I can get it. On the 4th of Dec I knew I hadnt paid my liquidation fees of $220 an paid it using my credit card. On the 17th of Dec I called my bank to find out the status of my refund I was told they(my bank) were waiting for NWTM to release my money back to my account. I then emailed Annett T. at NWTM an she gave me a date of 12\23 that the funds would be released to my account. It didnt happen so I called my bank an I was told that they havent heard back from NWTM yet. So I sent 3 more emails to NWTM an havent heard anything from them so they are still holding my $3088 an it has been over 4 months even though I paid them their liquidation fees like their contract says.
Just release my $3088 so it will go back in my account since I paid their liquidation fees.

Dear [redacted], NWTM never received any money from Mr. [redacted], due to being notified of two charge-backs from his credit card company.  Mr. [redacted]'s credit card charge back was not disputed by NWTM (there was a 30 day window that had to expire by law).  That charge-back dispute window expired on 12/23/2015. Mr. [redacted] should contact his credit card company today to verify that the funds were credited back to his account. There is nothing further for NWTM to do in this matter.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  Unless I receive proof that I am specifically and accurately listed as having a claim against NWTM in the Chapter 11 filing, then I still maintain the expectation of the delivery of goods which purchased prior to the filing.

Mr. [redacted] refund check # [redacted], in the amount of Three Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-two ($3,282.00) Dollars & 00/100’s was mailed on 10/02/2015.
