deposited to our account.  Our bank has accepted this deposit and posted the funds to our account.  Unless our bank subsequently indicates that NWTM account has insufficient funds to cover the check, I consider this complaint to be resolved. It is in perfect shape and much appreciated.  The product is so beautiful that I hate to say this.  But, what should have been readily available took over 6 months to deliver.  Northwest Territorial Mint is, in my opinion, in serious need of changing its delivery procedures, as well as its customer/provider communication. Although I love the product, I will never again order from a company that takes months longer than expected to deliver. Losing repeat business, alone, could seriously cause a business to fail. was received on Sat. 8/22/15, deposited on Mon. 8/24, and my bank will fully release the funds to me on Wed. 9/2/2015, assuming no problem.

Mr. [redacted]'s Order #[redacted] was cancelled on 01/04/2016 and processed for refund.  Mr. [redacted]'s refund check #[redacted], in the amount of Seven Hundred and Sixty-Six ($766.00) Dollars &00/100's was cut and mailed on 01/18/2016.
