Generals office settlement with Northwest Territorial Mint Dated 7/18/2008 in King County Superior Court states the following" Northwest Territorial Mint did not admit to any wrongdoing in the settlement, BUT AGREED TO FULLY DISCLOSE ITS DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICIES, DELIVER PRODUCTS ON TIME AND OFFER REFUNDS FOR DELAYED SHIPMENTS. "CONSUMERS WHO REQUEST REFUNDS FOR BULLION ORDERS THAT HAVE�...⇄ COMPENSATED". I understand that to mean I will be compensated above the original dollars they recieved from me before breaking there shipping agreement.I FEEL 10...20% IS FAIR COMPENSATION.Perhaps a phone call /letter to Washington Attorney Generals Office could decide on FAIR COMPENSATION! Sincerely,[redacted]

I can’t speak to why we were originally unable to locate Ms. [redacted] transaction. I apologize for the inconvenience. Her check was mailed on June 3rd.

Mr. [redacted]'s Check #[redacted] in the amount of Seven Hundred Ninety-Two ($792.00) Dollars & 00/100's was issued and mailed on 11/30/15.

Mr. [redacted] initiated a buy-back on Orders #[redacted] & [redacted] by telephone on 11/30/15... AFTER he had already placed a charge-back on his credit card for Order#[redacted].  I am awaiting confirmation from our accounting department that a similar charge-back has not been initiated on Order...

#[redacted] as well, prior to proceeding with the buy-back he requested today.
Due to this maneuvering, Mr. [redacted] could have triggered a duplicate refund on Order#[redacted] since he applied for a buy-back with us at the same time he demanded a charge-back from his bank.

Good Afternoon,I apologize that this response got missed.  The resolution was that Check # [redacted] in the amount of $11,020.80, regarding Order #[redacted], was issued on 07/17/2015.  It cleared the bank on 07/22/2015.

When Mr. [redacted] placed his order with NWTM, he was specifically made aware of the potential for a 30 day delay. If a customer wants to cancel an order before the end of this 30 days, they can but they will be responsible for a liquidation fee and any market loss. These terms have been...

approved by the Washington Attorney General. If Mr. [redacted] product has not shipped by the end of the 30 days, he will be eligible for a full refund at that point.Regards,Amelia

Mr. [redacted]' funds cleared the bank on 08/28/15.  We are within the published/acknowledged ship date (i.e., not yet late).  Mr. [redacted]' assertions that his refund is "12 weeks" late is incorrect.  12 weeks from 08/28/2015 would be at the end of November.  Mr. [redacted] needs to inform us which option he wants as a remedy.  Does he want his product shipped or does he want a refund?  He needs to choose one option and be prepared to anticipate shipment (of the product or the refund) in the time frame agreed to in the contract between himself and NWTM, that he acknowledged as read and understood at the time of purchase.

Mr. [redacted] product will be shipped by the end of the day today. He will receive a tracking number once the product is loaded onto the delivery truck.Regards,Amelia

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because I asked for the refund in the middle of January 2016 and they failed to...

send me the refund. They stalled and put me off so many times and now I'm suppose to wait and possibly lose my money? That money should have been sent long before they declared bankruptcy. They are still taking orders so I feel I should get my refund or the very least the silver I ordered in the first place.
